I bought. front door hardware and used their find a pro and i meet Justin Fahy he will do remodeling carpentry and many other task he was prompt and cleaned up a works very fast and he is fair in price I would highly recommend him

Just got seriously price-gouged on a 5-gallon bottle of Primo water at Home Depot in Princeton. The price increased from $6.99 to $7.74 (an 11% increase) pretty much overnight. When I noticed the increased price on my receipt, I went straight to Customer Service with my EMPTY BOTTLE to get a refund and was told that, for sanitary reasons, they weren't allowed to issue a refund.We're talking an EMPTY BOTTLE here!! Not a full bottle. Their refusal to issue a refund "for sanitary reasons" made zero sense.So not only is there some serious price-gouging going on at Home Depot, they refuse to refund you when you notice that you're being jacked. Other stores who sell Primo water are still charging $6.99, so some real sketch behavior going on at Home Depot in Princeton.

I bought all my appliances there and it was a nightmare. They did not haul away nor install any of them like I ordered. The customer service is horrible. After 80 min spent on the phone, the final answer is that I have to deal with it or wait for Jeff to come back from vacations.....

I enjoyed this home Depot because I don't feel overwhelmed by the merchandise. I'm not a home Depot person but I know they have what I want and when I come to this location again I'm not overwhelmed. Frustrated by not finding and not knowing how to measure things. The staff is very helpful but again go early in the morning when there's no one there but you the cashiers but they are friendly.

I went to Home Depot today to buy filters for our furnace. As I was doing self check out, a nice gentleman came over to me and told me to get two more as they had a special and two more would’ve been free, which I did. When I came back the manager Gigi was talking with With the employee as well and I happen to mention how satisfied I was with the customer service, and appreciated his information. This is a great store particular for a woman, who is not as knowledgeable as a man in many areas to go to this store with employees who are very knowledgeable thank you again for your assistance. Called store was thankful to have an associate put something aside.When you get there they say oh the lady shift ended and when she left we put it back on the floor. Smh horrible experience.
