This store has high end children's clothes that are beautiful. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. My only wish is that they had more stock and choices. It's a very small store.

Nasty employees! My husband walked in there with one of our daughters and was barked at by the woman inside. I guess that Janie and Jack doesn’t want the business of a dad with three daughters. And then when we were outside the store in the play area our one daughter had a mini meltdown as kids do… and the same lady came over and snarled and slammed the store door. Not the type of behavior you would expect from a children’s store. Never again!

Our kids have been going to Gymboree Play and Music at the Princeton Forestall Village for a few years now. The staff is always very engaging and professional and the kids have bonded with the teachers over the Saturday mornings that they have spent there! We couldn't recommend it more.

I recommend this particular gymboree because the staff cares about the growth of your child as much as you do! They help you discover techniques to use that work with your individual child! They keep you informed and they try to make each activity a new adventure. All of their singing voices are really captivating! The art classes are creative and the music classes teach wonderful cultural lessons! Fun and educational for everyone!

I had a unpleasant experience at this store. My daughter received a gift right before Christmas. I had a gift receipt for the outfit and the cashier said I would receive $8.00 in store credit. Since we received this gift two weeks prior to Christmas, I felt that item was purchased at regular price. I asked her why the credit was so low since I had a gift receipt. She told me store policy is to issue the lowest sale price after a certain amount of time has passed. I didn't question the policy as we were returning an item in February that we had received in December. She then proceeded to say "Well, that's how much the person paid for the item anyway." I don't know why she felt it necessary to tell me that. Was she trying to insinuate the only reason my daughter received an item from Janie and Jack was because it was marked down ?!? It was a rude & unnecessary comment to make. We, later found out that the pajama was actually purchased at $50.00. Had my experience with the cashier been more pleasant, I would have made a purchase and willingly paid the difference. However ,what she said made me feel uncomfortable and I didn't want to spend another minute in that store.

There is no worse feeling than feeling you've been profiled, mind you I've shopped at this store several times. I'm sick to my stomach as I type this. Security guard walked in to the store aprox 2mins after we walked in the store, mind you we purchased everything we touched. The guard didn't leave the store until he noticed we paid for everything. Poor... poor call, never shopping there again!!!
