I arrived for my appointment today. Doors locked an hour before closing. Unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would.

After having read all the reviews I was a bit nervous coming in, but our experience was not bad. Yes, the receptionist is pretty loud, and not too friendly, but not entirely unprofessional either. The tech on the other hand was nice and quick. We were in and out in 10 minutes.

The Indian receptionist at the entrance was extremely rude. The manner of speaking was totally unacceptable. She didn’t even bother to say hi or hello. I wouldn’t recommend anybody visit this site.

I strongly advise against visiting the LabCorp location on Ewing St! My experience today was incredibly frustrating due to the poor customer service skills demonstrated by the front desk person (M.P.).
On 21-MAY-2024 (Tuesday), I scheduled my appointment for today (06-JUNE-2024), and I got the text confirmation on my phone. Yesterday (05-JUNE-2024), I received another text saying, "You have an upcoming appointment coming up on 06-JUNE-2024 at 9:30AM." Yesterday, I also received an email with the QR code for my appointment today.
I arrived before 9AM at the Ewing St location this morning. I promptly did my check-in on one of the two terminals that were set up. While I was waiting, I started to notice that the front desk person (M.P.) really lacked most of the basic customer service skills: She was obnoxiously loud, she called the patients' names by their full names, and we could all hear their dates of birth and the patients' primary care information. The lack of privacy was very frustrating in this office.
When it came to 9:40AM, I approached the front desk to ask when I was going to be called. She again demonstrated the lack of another important skill in customer service: Listening! She doesn't listen! Her reply was, "You have 4 people in front of you." I said, "I have an appointment at 9:30, and it is 9:40, and you are saying that there are still 4 people in front of me?" She replied, "You need to do the check-in." I replied, saying that I did the check-in over 30 minutes ago. She again replied, "You need to do the check-in, and people without appointments would be called in." I showed her the email that I got from LabCorp that had the QR code, and she tried to find me in her system. She mentioned that she could not find me in the system and asked me to walk inside the check-in area.
She kept repeating loudly that I was not in her system and didn't have an appointment. After a few minutes, she printed a form, gave me a cup with a sharpie, and asked me to give her my credit card. She again demonstrated the lack of another important skill in customer service: Communication! She didn't explain the reason why she needed my credit card until I asked her. She didn't explain what I was supposed to do with the sharpie until I asked her. She didn't explain where the restroom was. It was utterly frustrating!
The only reason I was booked at this location was because the site in Plainsboro was completely booked. Now I understand why people are giving preference to the Plainsboro location. I strongly recommend that LabCorp properly train their front desk staff and refresh some of the basics in customer service with this particular employee.

I walked in with no appointment, checked in and was seen quickly. My time here was pleasant and easy (and I have difficult veins!) the hallway is so pretty, too ?

Had a great experience at this location. I was there for a total of ten minutes and there were not a lot of people there at all. The lady who did my blood work was very nice. I will say this place needs to be cleaned because it was very dusty and outdated. This place could benefit from renovations & a deep cleaning.

I don't understand why there are so many 2-star reviews, since my experience was entirely positive. I had an 8:15am appointment, and I was out the door in 30 minutes. From checking in to the actual procedure, everything was smooth. Shilpa Patel was the technician who did the blood test and she was excellent. I wills ay by the time I left, there were a lot more people in the lobby, and I can definitely see that leading to a longer wait time.
My suggestion is to 1) give it a try 2) go early if you can.

Labcorp Ewing St Princeton - Have been going to this facility at this location for many years and always had a positive experience despite my needle phobia. Today, the morning of April 1, 2024, I had the most painful blood draw that I have ever had in my life. The phlebotomist said it was because I was tense - really? Does that explain the quantity of blood that soaked straight through the 1/2 inch wad of gauze that she taped onto my arm?!!!! That too, is a first experience for me, horrible and unnecessary if you know how to draw blood, which this person clearly does not! If this is the way this facility will be staffed, I will not be returning; it's bad enough that the hours have been slashed and the original staff has been replaced.

I was very impressed with how kind the receptionist was, and how great Shilpa Patel was with drawing my blood and putting my mind at ease. I tend to faint during blood work but I didn’t with her, and she was very kind.

Incompetent, inexperienced staff and phlebotomists. I was pricked three times and they still couldn't draw blood. I left and they dare say I was not cooperating.

They did their job well, and was im and out quickly. But how hard is it to say "hello" or "how are you". I tried being friendly and said "hello, how are you?" And was completely ignored. The tech was only interested in talking to me when it came down to drawing blood. And even then she just barked orders at me. Perhaps train people in basic communication?

Not happy with the staff. Not organized, had an appointment but still got to wait more than an hour.

Ground zero for one of the more exasperating 'reply-all' disasters in recent memory.
