They were meticulous in the cleaning process, going over the set-in stains again and again. They brought me in for a final look at the gown before preserving it, and I couldn't believe the transformation-like new! Choosing a cleaner to take care of such a special piece was hard, but I am so glad I picked Y & C. Jenny finished the dress ahead of schedule and followed up with me a few times. I can tell they take pride in their work and are good at what they do. I'm glad I had the opportunity to use their services.”

“Our washer broke and couldn't be fixed for three weeks. The Laundress to the rescue. not really cheap, but such quality and care. we had four sets of sheets done for something like $30 and they were beautifully folded and smelly very gently of lavender. How lovely! And the proprietor who was there at the time was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.”
“In the last year they have saved 3 of my sport jackets that I would have thrown away. They had sweat stains all over them from dancing. One is silver gray and the other two are cream colored. I was so surprised that they looked so perfect that I offered to pay the owner Peter more money for the extra work it took to clean them, but he insisted on not charging me anymore money. He is a very nice man, thank you!”

“Do you need a good button-down shirt cleaner or cleaner for less complicated items (or hate to iron?). This is my cleaner for those things. The person at the front counter always has a nice smile and if you catch a customer not in a tremendous rush, there's usually a nice conversation to be had too for all of us. Prices are very reasonable and I have a crisp shirt for my zoom calls. Could not ask for more!”

“Standard laundromat, don't listen to the bad reviews. This is like any NYC laundry, people around here must just not ever do laundry out of their house. Clean, fast, not crowded, staff IS helpful, but don't expect them to hold your hand. Quarter operated, bring bills.”
