This store doesn’t honor exchanges like every other Lululemon store. They just do returns and you can re purchase for a different price. I requested to exchange a higher priced item for a lower priced item and somehow I still owed money. It doesn’t make any sense. Every other Lululemon store I have been to always honor exchanges!

Customer service was horrible. I made a return and had to explain multiple times to two employees that the return amount was incorrect and did not match the receipt. I understand things happen with the system and it's definitely frustrating, but if YOU made a mistake and are still going to argue, question, and give attitude about how much I paid after showing proof multiple times it is unprofessional and rude.

I went in a couple weeks ago to do a quick return (online purchase) and was disappointed by the interaction that occurred. First, it seems only one employee was on the floor and was helping someone else so no one greeted me and I waited by the register for a few minutes before someone acknowledged me. Then, the employee was not pleasant, warm, or polite but rather abrupt, rude, and when I had a question about the way the return was appearing on the digital screen, she just stared at me blankly and did not answer me. I’d personally steer clear of this location since you’re paying top dollar to have a mediocre experience.

I returned two shirts. I wore them once each for maybe an hour and realized I didn’t really like how they fit. When I returned the two women at the front were so rude to me and exchanged looks between each other and I felt like I had time traveled back to high school because that’s how they were acting. Like mean girls. The blonde one had a face like she was smelling something bad while she was doing my return. They said they would accept the return but my clothes this time were “obviously worn”: there was a dust mark one of the shirts. I feel kind of bad leaving this because the girls that helped me out when I first bought the shirts were really kind. I understand not wanting to take back obviously worn items but they could’ve been a little nicer about it. Extremely rude and arrogant employees. Reality check you’re a retail employee not the Princess of Wales. Let’s treat customers like human beings

Staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is clean and neat. I always get a welcome back every time I come in (I guess I shop there often enough to be recognized ?), however, I find the location to be a pain. Parking in Princeton is hectic!

The customer service was really bad when we went. My back belt buckle cloth keeps tearing on my ABC pants and I went into the store to get them fixed. The tear happened only after 3 months. They told me they wouldn’t fix it or provide a quality credit and instead told me to buy a new office chair.

The employees and specifically John the manager is arrogant and treats customers very badly. No one should ever walk into this store. Lululemon has the worst customer service at Princeton store.

Was greeted by a super helpful, super knowledgeable, extremely friendly employee named Jeff, made us feel super comfortable and knew literally everything about the leggings, dressing rooms were nice and clean as well as the store. These pants are buttery soft and look amazing! Highly recommend

Crew knows it's stock, when I asked about particular item they knew they have one in right size in back room and i was able to get it and be out of store in matter of minutes, which was nice considering Princeton parking situation. Thank you guys.

did not find shannon. slandered prices. 298 for a puffer? sorry luvs i'd like to attend college :) owen took a giant shit in your bathroom; had a good experience. real eucalyptus would've been a nice touch, you'd think bc of the prices u could afford real plants. enjoyed the organic tampons and had a great piss. next time i'll come back with my sugar mommy xoxo gossip girl
