had a hard time there. i went to make a return using a digital reciept on my phone. the check out guy used it to take off everything that was on it, but there were two where the tag had fallen off. he asked to see the reciept again. he then DOUBLE deleted the email so that it is completely gone. So now i have merchandise that they can't look up that I am stuck with because the store employee destroyed it without a trace. i have a feeling it was deliberate and now am stuck with $$$ of merchandise that is not returnable becuase of their employees mistake. I feel like crying.

Hello Marshall, it was one of my favorite stores but today is my second time that I have purchased a product at one price and when I get to the checkout they say it is a different price and they change the price. I think it is a bad time for me. I have their card. and just because they have tj max I don't deliver it but I think it's a fraud

Hispanic guy at the register acts as if doing his job is an inconvenience and that customers are not worthy of his time that he gets compensation for. He hates his job so much that it is physically visible, therefore I think resignation is a wonderful solution to this situation.

Theis TJ Maxx @Princeton. I don't know if it's the location or if it's T.j Maxx. I don't shop at T.j Maxx. Specifically, I shop at their sister store Marshalls. But this T.j Maxx had things that I have never seen in other places specifically for skin care. I will be going here again.

There are good deals on men's clothing. They didn't have a great variety of men's shoes. In general, the quality of the clothes is good. They also have furniture for sale, but few.

I went to this location to return two items. The young lady(cashier) called over a man to confirm the transaction. He proceeded to say that the store does not take returns and never have without receipts. So I then ask if he could look up my card that the purchase was made with and he said no. We don’t do that and we never have. He was very unprofessional and dismissive. This is the closest location to my home but unfortunately I will not shop here again.

I will never go to this Marshall’s again.I have my toddler with me and spent $200 Christmas shopping and had to carry all of my stuff with my toddler through the parking lot. The cheap bags ripped. Unreal. It’s Princeton no needs to steal a $20 sweater that bad. Take care of your customers.

The prices have gone up and the line to pay is too slow, you have to go early to check in.

10/15/2023 Looks like all staff is pretty new and customer service is going bad. Miss the previous employees. Some people in the counter are so rude now... telling customers "to chill!!" Seriously!!
