Incredibly unprofessional. Never showed up but charged with no reimbursement. Waited two days for pick up to no avail. Rude customer service. Ended up moving ourselves, would give zero star if possible. Estimate is worthless, they doubled the price and had attitude about it. COMPANY DOES NOT SPECIFY THAT THEY ARE BROKERS.

We started out with a quote from the very pleasant and convincing salesman at My Three Sons. The move was then subbed to Keep It Moving LLC. I would never use or recommend either company again.Keep It Moving never called to do the final detailed inventory and the truck showed up a day early. They forgot a couple parts of our bed on the porch so we drove those down ourselves. Our seller delayed our closing, so we had to use the storage for an extra 10 days. That cost us 4 days of one month and a full extra month because they bill on the 1st and do not pro-rate.Our items did not arrive in same containers in which they left. Some items were shoved into our own boxes and totes which had been resealed. Others were in completely different boxes. One of the boxes of linens had the busted pieces of our kitchen cart drawers shoved in and not resealed. A ladder was missing and looked exactly like one in the truck which had been marked with the company name. They did give it to us, though. We are missing furniture, electronics, cables, computer speakers, tools, etc. They broke our TV, desk, bureau and two kitchen carts. .After many calls and emails we have no satisfaction. The people continue to be, what has become, sickly sweet without doing anything useful. We can not get a call back from My Three Sons and all we get from Keep It Moving is a promise to “look into it.”

My 3 Sons is the only mover we’ll ever use. My family has hired My 3 Sons 4 different times now and every single one was an excellent experience. Each time they took a real genuine concern and care for our families belongings AND held our hand through it all. We love you My 3 Sons!

BEWARE! These folks misled from the very beginning. Our pick-up date was scheduled for 12/17 or 12/18, but due to “mechanical issues”, was delayed until 12/19. Upon pickup, our “binding, not to exceed” quote ended up being over $1,000 because they charged us for the tape and shrink wrap they used to blanket wrap our furniture- a service that was supposed to be included. We added one small item At the time of pickup and the final charge ended up being a lot more than the original quote. The worst part- when the mover got there, he tried to tell us that our delivery date would be Jan 9, when we were originally told it would only be 3-5 business days. At that point, we were ready to cancel the whole thing. The mover called LISA at My 3 Sons, who reiterated the 3-5 day window to keep us from canceling. Here we are 9 days after pickup with no delivery because of another “mechanical issue”, and no firm delivery date. What’s worse is that NO ONE called to inform us of this delay- we had to call ourselves after the delivery window to find out what happened.Customer service and communication are absolutely awful. And when you try to express your displeasure, they simply argue with you and tell you that you’re insulting them.WORST experience ever.

What a great service. I have called for a same day collection on a Sunday from a clients home, I was a bit unsure if a company would help my own company. Not only did they answer quickly they also got my goods moved. Very good customer service and couldn’t recommend more highly for a business or individual needing to have goods removed. They also sent me after picture which was needed. No need to look any further than the above company.

We booked with these movers, at least we thought they were actual movers, come to find out.....they're a third-party referral service. They did not disclose this up front. They also claimed a very low estimate for the move, 5k and change, then it progressively increased. We knew there would be some variability, but no one could have anticipated that much. We went from an estimate of 5k to one of 13k when movers actually showed up. We ended up needing to send them away as they showed up at almost 9 pm and gave us a completely different quote and were rude. The owner agreed to send a different vendor the following day, they also showed up well outside the estimated time window, but only charged us 9k (again still almost double our quote....and our listed items didn't have variation from the confirmed follow-up quote. There was also a discrepancy between the way the referral service calculates cost, vs how the movers they actually contract with operate. Referral service (My 3 Sons) calculates cost based on a list and claims it won't change. Movers calculated based on truck space usage. It was very clear that My 3 Sons didn't have a strong grasp of the policies of the vendors they hire.We were told they would disassemble furniture.....and when they arrived they refused to do so. They also did not adequately pack our items and only brought 4 moving blankets.....for a 3 bedroom house.Once everything was loaded, the owner had offered to work with us a little bit (a small discount) because of how bad it was going. When we arrived to our new home location, the second set of movers attempted to deliver our items at 2am.....we obviously weren't okay with that, so we had to contact the owner yet again. When the movers did arrive, the first half of our items were thrown off the truck into our garage....I had to ask them to stop throwing things because I was concerned about damages. They people who arrived to unload were nice, but every furniture piece was damaged in some way. Scratches on everything......our sectional was damaged on one side to the point that half is unusable. We had other items that were completely broken or damaged as well.We were asked to compose an itemized list of said damages, as well as pricing, links to items, date of purchase, etc......and at first they acted like they planned to process a "managers review" it's been over a month now since I sent them the information. They also confirmed receipt...and at this point they're ghosting me. I've called, messaged, emailed, left numerous voicemails, and am getting no response. I finally had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and the FMCSA. I still have yet to receive a response from My 3 Sons. I would not recommend them to anyone. I've learned my lesson, that you need to deal directly with a company that does the moving themselves. We had issue after issue dealing with this company and I was hesitant to post a negative review, but at this point, I felt like I needed to.

We were very happy with our move with My sons Van Service. Lou did a good job estimating our move, although we went slightly over, we were prepared for it. Unexpected things happen.

My 3 sons Van lines and his crew did an outstanding job. They were careful in our house, taking time to protect the floors and walls from damage. They were willing to make the extra effort, by working with us to creatively make sure all of our belongings could fit in a tight space. And perhaps most importantly, Big and his team understood that moving is stressful even in the best of circumstances - his constant refrain “I got you” was comforting as were the big smiles and easy demeanor of his crew.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. First off, they will never even tell you they're a BROKER and will contract your move out to a different company. They'll give you an amazing quote and then it will DOUBLE in price due to fees that are tacked on from whatever company they contract you out to. Good luck getting them on the phone after they take your deposit. I spoke with Arielle, the manager, and she ASSURED me she would take care of me and get the additional fees taken care of- that was a lie. Any concerns I had after the initial phone call with her went ignored. She never answered another call or text. Please learn from my mistake and stay away from this company, they are a complete and total scam. Bait and switch.

This is a response to Madison Penchenski. I have worked for Princeton Van Service for over 10 yrs. and prior to that I owned my own moving company. So I know the importance of keeping the customer satisfied. From my point of view the job was completed from point A to point B on the date the customer had requested. Everything was delivered to the destination in good order as we do every day.

The icing on the cake was when I called Lou to tell him we were missing 3 little furniture feet caps. They were on a table that sat on a hardwood floor to protect the floor from scratches. Lou said he would check the truck. He found them, AND delivered them to our new house. Customer Service at its best.Is any moving company perfect? No, but these guys come pretty darn close.

I've lost several hours helping my parents (ages 70 and up) fight to get their money back from this fraudulent moving company that no-showed about seven times in the course of two days. Dirty liars who deserve to go out of business. Posting this now that the credit card companies fought on our behalf to successfully get their money back. Three words: TURN AND RUN.
