The workouts are always changing, so they're never boring; they're highly adaptable for every fitness level; and the music just makes you forget about outside-the-room life. Highly recommend.

The trainers and staff themselves are helpful and wonderful but its the harsh corporate policies that make me not want to continue OT. OT is advertised to work with the watch which we have to rent or buy but half the time the watches dont even work or connect to the equipment. Going back and forth to the front desk to fix this cuts in on my workout time so its kind of a rip off. Remaining classes we pay for with our money do not roll over. Also some older lady from corporate was giving me a hard time about asking for a watch? The only reason why i like OT is because of the local staff/trainers themselves who make the workout worth it

I live for my Orangetheory workouts! I love that the workouts are broken out into phases. I'm motivated that I can survive the duration for each phase. It's challenging but the results are worth it!

Despite not liking loud music, group settings, and what could be seen as a chaotic rotation of equipment, I actually ended up loving Orangetheory. The trainers were fun. They really did try and engage you the moment you walked in, and I felt welcomed. I gave it 3 months, maybe 4, and stopped because I honestly didn't lose any weight. Maybe I gained muscle, I don't know. I didn't see a noticeable change and couldn't justify the money.If I could change one thing... i wish you could reserve your spot # on the app. It was a challenge at times getting there in enough time to get a spot where I could see the TV so I knew what to do. I don't wear contacts - perhaps I should as it would have solved my problem.Thank you for the fun time!

Love the concept, makes it easy to focus and maintain this a healthy habit. The coaches are awesome at this location as well.

Use to live around this area during college and came down for a visit for the weekend- was able to take classes during my visit. Staff was so friendly and welcoming! I’ve been a member for about a year and love that OTF is now incorporating STRENGTH classes. Highly recommend.

The manager is very rude. The same manager was very rude with 2 other my friends, all 3 of us canceled membership, which was elite membership.I started a membership, that time heart monitors were free and no one informed me that one day for this heart monitor you should pay, one day they just started to charge for it. When I wanted to cancel manager said oh they should have tell you that, anyway we should charge you for 1 more month. Even though I cancelled because of their fault and there is nothing in the agreement about that. Staff is very rude too.Not recommending, waste of money.

Been a member at OTF for nearly 8 years. While the workouts are great, this studio has major issues. What I like, and what keeps me a member, is that the training is effective, fun, and never duplicates. However, I've been attending this location since I moved 2 years ago and it has obvious space issues. If you are on benches 6, 7, 8 or 12 or you'll be squished into a corner with no room to work. I've bumped elbows with my neighbor on the rowers and today another member jumped and landed on my foot/ankle. Safety should be a MUCH bigger priority and today's class should have been run as a 3g of only to spread folks out. Beyond that, I personally think the trainers should be giving more feedback on my form, again, so I don't get injured. But after 8 years maybe my form is ok?

Since joining OT, I've lost 60lbs. Eating better was also involved, but LOVE the workouts!

Orangetheory Princeton has been the best workout experience I’ve honestly ever had and one that I have been able to stay consistent and stick with over the last year and a half. The staff and coaches are always friendly and engaged and helped me continue on my fitness journey. The workouts are fun and unique each class and continue to challenge and motivate me to try to do better each time I am there. Highly recommend for anyone stuck in a rut with their normal/old gym routine and who want to try something more fresh and engaging.

Having been a member for a little under a year the staff really does make a point to get to know you. All of the trainers are great and get you motivated. They show genuine care. The difference in my body is also very thankful. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant no matter if it’s 5am or 7pm! Highly recommend!
