The ambiance of the building was divine. Let's delve into the culinary experience. I opted for the Goddess Caprese but was disappointed to find it sloppily prepared and lacking ingredients far from its advertised presentation. A dish with the name Goddess should be upheld to the highest standards. After returning the sandwich, I dug into my Goddess salad.I would like to give a shout-out to Andrew Levine, who provided exceptional service, going to the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction despite my declining further offerings. I rated the service and atmosphere with 5 stars, while the food fell short with 3. I would like to thank Andrew for his attentive and caring demeanor, clarifying the discrepancies with grace. I want to express my gratitude for his efforts and encourage him to continue his stellar work. Peace and light.

I had to make a large online delivery order for an event. I decided to visit the Princeton Junction store to speak with the manager ahead of time. The manager explained that delivery orders would be filled by the Plainsboro location and delivered by a separate delivery company. She recommended I call that store in the morning and speak with the manager, and she gave me the number to call. When I called in the morning, the manager answered all my questions and said they would be on the lookout for the order. I made a mistake on the arrival time, and called the store - no problem - the manager corrected it. Our order arrived on time, hot stuff hot, cold stuff cold, well-packed, and nothing missing. We ordered food Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - with exceptional service and good food. I highly recommend both locations and their online delivery.

We used to love this Panera due to its cozy atmosphere and clean environment, however the quality of the food has declined pathetically. Hardly any chicken or sauce in an Asian sesame chicken salad, only half of the chicken as shown in the menu picture in a smoky buffalo chicken sub.

Used to be a pleasant and CLEAN place. Seats are almost all damaged. Dirt on the Floor and tables. A pity. Wish them well

Food is just OK. Customer Service is self check out, but they are quick preparing your order. Cleaning is non-existent, dirty tables (you need to clean them yourself) dirty seats and dirty bathrooms. They should look after this, as one questions the quality and safety of food in dirty facilities.
