Terrible customer service at this branch. The man who came to help was very rude and questioned my need to do my request for a name change on my account. Claimed he didn’t know how to do it and it would take a long time. He was trying to rush me out and told me that it might take 1-2 hours.

My name is Tom, and this pnc branch is the worse. Just to throw out there i been with pnc for over 10yrs. Either this branch racist or they do not know what they are doing. I came to this branch twice for cashing a check and i had problems both times. First time i felt like i was being interrogated asking me where i get this check ? Who are these people and so forth. But at the end she cashed my check. This time on October 12 i came to cash a check and again they interrogated me again asking me who is these people giving me check? (Me as a black person don’t feel comfortable at this branch) so now JiJi Thayil refuse to cash my check due to saying my girlfriend is also on there so i would need a joint account to cash this specific check. But the check states payable to me and my girlfriend name without “and,or” being disclosed. So i take my check and went to my regular pnc branch 7mins away and immediately asked me how do i want my bills after cashing my check with the two forms of ID.All in all this branch on 4200 Quakerbridge rd need to hire more different nationalities or train there workers better.I would give this branch a 0 but It won’t let me smh

I've been banking with PNC for over 15 years. This branch is the worst branch I have ever been to.

I have visited four different PNC banks in the Princeton area. The in-store staff has always been friendly and helpful. If you do all your banking in person PNC is OK. However if, like most people in the 21st century, you do most of your banking online, steer clear of PNC. Their online dashboard is almost impossible to navigate. It is cluttered and ugly and convoluted. Not only is there nothing intuitive about it, but attempts to get help from customer service by phone were almost always handled by a person who could not understand my problem and in the last instance told me neither she nor anybody else could or would help me because the issue involved an third party. That was the final straw. I opened an account at Bank of America and am in the painful process of switching my dozens (literally) of bank and credit card linked outside accounts. By the way, so far everything with BofA on line as gone quite smoothly.

HORRIBLE branch. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I was accosted by a customer & the staff did NOTHING. Previous experiences were rude. I'll never step foot here again.

Did not give a particularly friendly vibe even though I was the only customer and there were 3 employees. Was not able to help with a simple request of printing out a temp check smh

Worse banking experience i have ever had, was at this bank. The male teller who attended me, claiming to be the general manager was rude and racist. Even going so far as to tell me that i was being offensive to him. Complete and utter j**** Very dissapointed in PNC. As someone who travels for work ive gone to several different branches and had pleasant experiences but the one at Mercer Mall in Lawrenceville NJ is the absolute Worse branch of them all and that male manager needs to be fired.

2 days in a row. There is no actual bank teller to do simple banking. Customers just standing around not being taken care. She was extremely rude and unhelpful by the time she got around to helping clients. Unbelievable.

Has to be one of the worst run branches of any of the PNC 3:40 in the afternoon on a Thursday no tellers available just two managers sitting in their office looking out at people standing in the lobby waited 10 min and didn't get the impression they were interested in waiting on anybody

The manager wouldn't give me his name for a school project. I am very dissatisfied.
