Banking with the PCFU isn't the best banking experience I've ever had but it's convenient for me. The reviewer who said the debit card doesn't work anywhere makes absolutely no sense. Since 2020, my credit union debit card is often the only method of payment I carry with me and I have never, ever had a problem.

the Debit card never works unless you are at their own ATM. Can Never be used in a store, cafe, nada!useless to have one

I bank at the Princeton Federal Credit Union, only negative is I don't live locally. Loans are written with a smile and easy to close. Fees to access your money or move it are very limited also compared to big banks. The Bill Payer application is not very effecient

Ten years ago, this was an amazing credit union and I kept my account with them for that long because of the great customer service.Recently, however, they switched me over to their new credit cards and removed the autopay without notifying me. As a result, I was charged a late fee and sent a debt collection letter, even though they were the ones who removed the autopay I set up on my own account. The lack of communication and the resulting fees makes me consider going to another bank!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called the credit union today and the voicemail message says we are not available, we will give you a call back in one business day.Phone service is not consistent, sometimes the phone lines are down. But consistently, you cannot get thru to speak to someone at the bank.But when you go into the bank, everyone seems to be available??

Terrible customer service when I called today. They could not even give me my account history (after verifying my identity, of course) without charging me money to do so. In addition none of that information is available through the web portal for my account (it was available prior to an update, but is now unavailable), which in my opinion is the bare minimum for online banking. Very disappointed and will be moving my money shortly. I advise others to avoid them as well.Edit: In response to the reply from PFCU below, it seems that they misunderstood my complaint. I was not concerned with the online service outage. I was inconvenienced by the lack of details (transactions are given a dollar amount and that is it, no indication of where the money was spent or earned from) on all past transactions in my account prior to the service update. These details are all still currently stripped. Apparently, you cannot receive these details now unless you pay for them, or you complain, as I was sent the details over email with an apology after posting this review.

Used to be pretty helpful. Now, not so much. Mortgage department very slow to communicate during home buying process. Felt like he didn't want to deal with me. This is one of several things that they couldn't help with after many years as a member. Going with Rocket since they are very helpful and spend lots of time answering questions. I'm sorry, PrincetonFCU I can no longer recommend your services.

Amazing credit union. Does what a credit union is supposed to - help clients instead of the investor focus of banks. Carlee helped us get a debt consolidation loan when none of the banks would. Thanks to the team we fixed our financial lives. PFCU will forever be my ‘bank’.

Best Credit Union EVER!!! The customer service is Spectacular! They actually help you unlike other credit unions and banks. They do not charge crazy fees. The lady whom I’m specifically giving a warm 5 star ⭐️ review to (even though the entire company deserves it) is Amy Koutras. She is quick, helpful, very kind and professional. She doesn’t waste your time, and she gives good pointers on ensuring you are building a credit worthy credit score. She also gets the job done ASAP! Love this Credit Union and thanks Amy so much!!!!

Excellent financial institution! Staff is very friendly and very efficient. Virtually no fees. I closed out My comment bank account which would have minimum account a fee for everything
