This company installed kitchen in my house. At the beginning Abe (Kitchen and Bath Creation by PHD owner) was very nice to me and my wife. But I was taken back quite a bit on how Abe started to treat us right in the middle of the project. From been jolly and friendly he become rude and cranky. Most time he responded that he just having a bad day. I understand people do have bad days but when you are in the service industry you have to be upbeat all the time. I had to deal with numerous rude and demanding customers myself, but no matter how belligerent they were ,how inconvenient and timely their request was, I had to remain happy, polite and be engaged with them. What I can’t understand is if you were having so much of a bad days that you had to be rude and cranky with us, how is it you immediately went to another my friend’s house afterwards and your attitude immediately changed to your jolly and friendly self. This gives me reason to believe that for some ungodly reason to developed a resentment to us. I am so befuddled that I have to ask why.If you feel that we are being too picky in bringing every little flaw to your attention. Well you are right. When a person spends their life savings, nearly $37000.00, on a home improvement, they expect nothing less than perfection.Numerous times in your sales pitch you stressed the fact that you will make your crew redo tasks over and over until it is done right and I held you to it. We put our full trust in you. We gave you our pass codes and allowed you and the crew to come and go at will. We trusted you so much that without hesitation we paid you in full the first week in 2 payments, which is highly frowned upon when listening to the experts on dealing with contractors. You gave us your word that you would pay us $1000.00 for every customer we got for you whether they contracted you or not. Well to date we got you 3 or 4 customers but only 2 hired you for the job. But we never seen a check for $2000.00.In the sales pitch Abe bragged that Kitchen and Bath Creation by PHD don’t have handymen that do everything. They have a demolition crew. A carpenter, an electrician and floor guys. Well it turned out that Mike and Eugene did everything. Ok, they did have an electrician. Still, I asked him several times if an electrician has a license and Abe refused to give me any proof.Abe promised to have our bathroom renovated before our anniversary and that never happened.Abe promised us a full course, white glove dinner in our new kitchen, catered by D’Angelos (the local Italian Market), and that never happened. We never asked for any of these things. Abe brought it to our attention. Also, between us and the customers we got for him, Abe made a lot of money in a 5 month period. All we want is that he would honor his word as a man and make sure he stands behind your work and the products he installed and are hoping he stay true.Unfortunately, most of his sale pitch turns out be not true. At this point I just hope that this company can finally finish our kitchen so we can move on with our live and forget about this nightmare.Service: Remodelling

Great sales pitch with solid design efforts. Tim Robus is to be commended as the upfront part of the process was good. After reviewing many firms and soliciting several bids, moved forward with PhD. Execution was initially good but failed miserably towards the end resulting in an incomplete job to which there is no resolution. In short, the kitchen has NOT been finished. I have still have all the toe plates, and a cabinet panel to install. A shelf is missing and sponge holder broken during install not replaced. Gaps remain between the cabinets and the walls which require sealing. All the materials are sitting in the garage. These are all noticeable and completely unacceptable. Abe Grinberg, in spite of making numerous promises in September that all the "little knits" would be addressed and a crew would come by to finish the work, never delivered. Moreover, Abe has not once in the last six weeks responded to emails or returned phone calls. Professionally unacceptable behavior. I want Abe to honor his word as a man and make sure he stands behind the work of his business and the products he installed. I hope he will deliver but given time passed, am losing faith and patience given (it seems) most of his sale pitch turns out be not true. At this point I just hope that this company (Abe Grinberg and Princeton Home) can finally finish our kitchen so we can move and forget about this nightmare.

I’ve planned and dreamed of remodeling my kitchen for years but was hesitant to do so because of all the stress and worry involved. I called several companies but was unimpressed with their service. Slow to return calls and slow to come up with s design.

Finally...someplace that actually keeps appointments and does what it is I'd like! Tim was able to understand my vision and designed me a kitchen that was more than I hoped for. Tim and Abe were never more than a phone call away and wanted me to be happy with my new kitchen. I'm sorry I waited so long to do this but so glad I found this company. Looking forward to them remodeling my bathroom!!

We needed to have our entire kitchen and connecting mud room/laundry room renovated from top to bottom, including the flooring, skim coating of the walls, painting, recessed lighting, along with new cabinets and appliances. We went to a Kitchen Cabinet Showroom of a cabinet manufacturer to pick out kitchen cabinets and after finding what we wanted and inquiring about purchasing the cabinets, we were told that they only sell directly to certified reputable contractors, in which they only had a short select list they deal with. The cabinet manufacturing representative then referred us to Princeton Home Center, and told us they were very reliable and highly rated. We were a bit reluctant and decided to call several other contractors, but after being told by other contractors that it would be weeks for an estimate or showing no enthusiasm in taking the project, we decided to call Princeton Home Center. The minute we called Princeton Home Center we knew we had the right Company for the job. From our first initial contact, to the completion of the job, Abe the Owner and Tim, the Designer, made sure the entire process went smoothly from design to finish. The excitement and enthusiasm they showed in designing our kitchen was contagious. Tim even showed up on Mother’s Day for our first meeting and to take measurements. We then met with Tim and Abe at their office and they amazed us by showing our designed kitchen in 3D images on a big screen tv on the wall. All the other contractors just offered paper estimates. They went above and beyond, paying attention to every detail to ensure that we were comfortable, happy and extremely satisfied. Not only did they tell us where to get the best selection and deals for countertops and flooring, but Abe got us the best deal on our appliances that Lowes, Home Depot or no other place was able to match. We also got a huge rebate above our great deal. They even pick up everything for you. Abe will tell you that your only job is to be happy and comfortable, he will take care of the rest. Which is exactly what they did. They will literally stop at nothing to satisfy their customers and came through on their promise to keep the cost within our budget range. In fact, they were able to complete the job for a lot less than we expected. Abe and Tim were available around the clock to answer any questions or concerns we had and constantly stopped by to make sure the design was going as planned. They are such perfectionists that if they see even the slightest flaw, they will have the crew fix or redo it. Their crew, Eugene and Mike, toiled diligently every day to bring the design to life. They were professional, courteous, clean and kept us informed of what they were doing each day. As a result of their hard skillful work, we now have a modern showcase dream kitchen. Many of our neighbors heard about our kitchen renovations, including a local Realtor and all were extremely impressed with how beautiful it looked and are even contacting Princeton Home Center for renovations on their own home/investment properties. I was recommended by the local Realtor to post of photos on Houzz and submit them to Better Homes and Gardens, as she never seen anything so beautiful and unique. Our home is available anytime for anyone to preview our extravagant kitchen if they interested in hiring Princeton Home Center for their kitchen renovation. Just give them a call and Abe will gladly meet you at our home to see it for yourself. I will highly recommend Princeton Home Design to anyone needing their kitchen or bath remodeled and will definitely use them for all my future projects. Not only are they warm, friendly and comfortable to work with, we have made a lifetime personal friend in Abe, who stops by to visit often.

Abe and his team did a great job with my new kitchen. My old kitchen was closed in, outdated, and poorly configured. Princeton home center worked with me to create a new design for my kitchen, and renovated from the ground up. They replaced subfloor, floor tile, kitchen cabinets, and back splash and opened up an entire wall to make the space much more open and bright. Abe oversaw, in person, not only the work of his company, but also those of his subcontractors, was in continuous contact to make sure everything was going as desired, and put the effort and attention to detail in to fix any problems. And it only took about a month and a half! I never had to worry that the job would be done right. (Take a look at some of my photos of their work.)

I recently chose Princeton Home Center to remodel my outdated 80's kitchen and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. I too had the pleasure of working with Abe whom I found to be very knowledgeable with a high level of dedication and attention to detail which is second to none. With the support I received from Tim's design expertise along with Abe's outstanding customer service overseeing every detail, I now have my dream kitchen. Their showroom has a great selection and you will find everything you need to turn your ideas into reality. I look forward to working with Abe and the PHC team again with my bathroom project which I know will be equally fantastic. PHC takes the stress and uncertainty out of home renovations and that is why I will recommend them to anyone who is looking to remodel.

Princeton Home Center recently completed a job in a fast, and timely manner. Bob McClosky and his crew were on time, tidy, met all their deadlines and worked within the time constraints of a busy office building. Materials and options were presented clearly and Bob was always available by phone whenever I had a question. I highly recommend this crew.

This was my second kitchen and bathroom remodel, and it has by far been one of my favorite experience working with the Princeton Home Center. Their local showroom offered a great selection of different styles and designs for my modern, European kitchen and bathroom ideas. I had the pleasure of working with Abe, who is absolutely wonderful! Abe and the Princeton Home Center have been so supportive and followed my project personally every step through completion. They are customer service focused, and went above and beyond to help exceed my expectations! I highly recommend them for any of your kitchen and bathroom needs!

Had the pleasure of working with The Princeton Home Center on our recently completed renovation. We found both Abe and Tim to be beyond helpful, thoughtful and their experience and timely advice helped greatly with our product selections and design. Whey provided real time lines we could and did depend on and they delivered as promised and when we had scheduled. We are pleased we worked with PHC and given the opportunity would do so again. thanks, so much, jeff & kathy
