we came here for my son's appointment at 9:00.it is 9:46 and they still haven't called us. my son is starving as he was advised to not eat before the appointment.They say they will not take scheduled appointments today. worst doctor ever. when i pulled up this page,i saw they had a 3.2. very accurate reviews.

We had a fantastic experience at this Quest this morning with our 1 year old! Zero wait time. Mahogany, the phlebotomist was incredible and made it such a smooth and painless experience, my daughter did not shed a single tear! It was very clear that she was prepared to handle a baby and experienced in this. We have had less than ideal experiences at other labs with my older son in the past, so we will definitely be coming back here in the future for any pediatric lab draws. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I have to say: the process once you have an account is quite facile. And the personnel at the clinic were excellent- super fast. In and out in 5 minutes total. And the analysis was completed and posted to my physician's office the same day.

I went recently and was very happy. No wait. Took me 5 mins after checking in. Gehan took my blood and was very friendly and personable. Looked clean.

Great experience! I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, checked in, and waited 3 minutes before my name was called. Danielle, the phlebotomist, was extremely polite, efficient, and professional. Very happy with the service.

Avoid this Quest lab. They required a diagnosis code for each line of the blood work! How crazy is that. They refused to test me with a valid prescription!I immediately walked to the Labcorp office in the same building, and had the test done with no problem 10 minutes later.The lady at the reception needs better training.

I have been there at least 3 times in the past 3 years for blood tests that are due with my annual health check-up. I had positive experience each time. I made appointments each time. The first two times, I came in time and was taken in immediately. The third time, I came 15 minutes late for my appointment---so I was treated as a walk in. Still, I had to wait only for 2-3 minutes. And the blood draw every time was quick and painless. Their waiting room is large. And the results of my blood tests were available on the MyQuest App the same night! Overall, quite happy with my experience there and would definitely go back there for my next blood tests.

The building's a little old and could be cleaner, but we had a great experience with Gehan who did a great job with our 2-year old who barely cried and was able to look at the blood being drawn the entire time.
