Staff is incredibly rude and condescending - staff sitting at the front will not greet you or ask to help you find any items. I've been to this specific location ~5 times and have experienced the same poor service each time. You're better buying Ralph Lauren clothing online.

Only go in here if you want to be followed around the store by broke, mute, elderly women who glare at you menacingly. Pretty lame experience.

As you may have seen, My friend has posted about out experience here, but to add on he made snarky remarks and had an attitude. Though I’ve experienced similar things to this, never have I been so openly disrespected in such a way. Do better, definitely not returning and will continue to shop online ? ?

Clothes were absolutely gorgeous. The reason for the bad review is the service. My friends and I walked in and as soon as we did we were STALKED by an employee, (older white male, glasses, and he was wearing a navy blue sweater with a red symbol). We were just looking around when he was following us. Did not even ask how we were doing at first, just followed us. We are young black and brown girls and have had experiences similar to this before, so we have no other choice than to assume this was because of our race/gender/age. NEVER in my life have I experienced something like this, such an extreme though. Shame to say we won't be returning until this changes. (Not to mention we did not experience this at the lululemon next store).Just for some more information, Ee never intended for it to look like we were going to steal something, I get that we are young and young people tend to steal, my only issue is the fact that it wasn't just keeping an eye on us, every move we made we we trailed closely behind us. I was carrying a tote bag, my other friend , and I cannot recall what my other friend was carrying. All I know is that we were uncomfortable with being so closely followed and if they did want to make anything clear, such as asking us to not stand so close to the clothes, we would have understood. Instead we were chased out of the store due to the High tension, and again like I said, will not be returning due to the uncomfortable atmosphere. Wethersfield motivated by anything or not, all I know is that I did not appreciate the way I was treated.

Google info and the hours on the store main entrance says closes at 8. I showed up at 6 and the person inside motioned the number six, yelled closed and walked away. He didn’t even come to the door to explain the discrepancy. No other signage was posted to address the change. Loyal customer here too, that was low class reflection on your brand.

First the store is beautiful, and the staff are so helpful. My fiancé and I ran in last minute close to closing and Monica was absolutely incredible helped us find what we needed and did it with a smile. We will shop here again!

Pretty cool store in a pretty cool little town. Always has the latest and greatest in stock, as well as the usual staples. I've never had a problem worrying about my size not being available. The employees are knowledgeable, pleasant, and know how to keep distance when needed, but still be aware to know when a customer needs help.

The Ralph Lauren brand seems to be perpetually at an inflection point unsure of whether they want to remain an upscale clothier or crash their equity on the shores of every Marshalls and TJ Maxx on the planet. The Lauren store in Princeton offers excellent service and a wide selection but if you're just into scoring a polo player on horseback the logo can be had in countless clearance aisles everywhere. So what if they're "past season" goods, I dare you to tell the difference between a 2011 pullover and a 2021 version. Four stars for service.

I don't usually write reviews but I must for the exceptional service I received. Corey was an incredible help when I needed it. It was a last minute tie sort of thing, and Corey even made sure I got the correct length and looked all good for a professional headshot that I was about to take. His friendliness, attention and fashion tastes were spot on. If only service was like this everywhere, but especially in clothing stores and when you're in a last minute rush. As for the store, it is charming and located close to Palmer Square, a beautiful setting in Princeton. Check it out and go see Corey!

I went there to look for some clothes for my boss’ party. The items they had there were all fabulous. Corey was amazing. He recommended me just the perfect clothes and he was extremely patient. One thing I value about sales professionals is their good taste. They bring you some amazing clothes yourself would have never chosen. I was shocked by a hand-made Italian skirt that Corey recommended to me. When I was in the fitting room, I took my time and tried at least 8 clothes. There was no rush but only friendly and genuine conversations. It has been probably my best shopping experience in U.S since I came here four years ago. The fall clothing is on already. And I will certainly come back soon for fall.

Ridiculous prices for all China produced goods. Cheaply made and many items have polyester content or viscous. Save you money and buy from Crew or Target if you want that level of quality. RL claims to be an American company--well not according to the labels. Pretentious sales people follow you closely to get commission. You can definitely tell they are on commission.
