Love love love this store!!! Outstanding customer service! Everyone is so helpful. I think the people that leave bad reviews have 1 bad experience and want to be A Karen. I have seen some truly nasty customers in there and they have always handled them professionally. Don't stop shopping there because of 1 bad experience. Go on the weekends when Joseline is working and their new manager Jb. They are the best! Best customer service...

Very poor customer service. Instead of me receiving a “Good afternoon” I received a “Are you ready” instead of receiving a “Have a great day” I received a “Your receipt is right there and the associated left” I had to grab my receipt from the receipt machine. Will be buying my products from another company next time.

Efficient and courteous service! The team did a great job of advising me on best printing practices as well as balancing multiple complex print jobs among the customers while I was in the store. Would recommend!

This place was so bad I had to ask if they were going out of business. They said they're not. I'm surprised. My colleague tried to use a coupon advertised in the aisle next to merchandise she purchased only to be told it only applies to online purchases. Manager could not have cared less in the sign hanging in the store. Items for $10 in one aisles were on clearance in another aisle for $1.50. No bags available at checkout. Sign over the check said "Online purchases for in store pickup hasn't worked since September 1. Go pick up the item in the store and check out again." (It's mid October now). Paper reams we're torn open and dented. I used to love shopping at Staples and we use them for business meetings across the country. Won't be back here.

Had a great experience yesterday with Joyce in the copy department. She was very helpful when I asked for assistance with a set of copies that had not printed properly in the self-service area. She figured out how to adjust the intensity in the full-service copier and re-ran the copies which came out perfect the second time. A definite 10/10 for customer service and satisfaction.

I'm going to leave a positive review because I've been going here for years and am always treated great by the employees. I want to leave a review because this morning there was a very very rude and aggressive customer that was not happy because they couldn't give her an extra 5% off her purchase after already saving money with a price match something to do with their online system being down. She verbally assaulted them and they all kept their cool and handled it amazing! Give the cashier Joslin a raise!! Poor girl. That wicked customer said she would leave A review and call corporate on her a d the Manger. I witnessed the entire thing SHE WAS THE ONE BEING INCREDIBLY NASTY

On Friday, I made an exchange and inadvertently left my package behind. I phoned and was assured it was there waiting for me. On Saturday, I was in and essentially shown the door. I phoned several hours later; the young man just dropped the call, hoping I’d hang up. I have never been treated so rudely by a staff (and their manager), and I’m going on 65. Just unacceptable. Unbelievable.

I can’t tell you how much time I’ve wasted in this store. The copiers don’t work half the time and the entire store is seriously understaffed. If you need assistance with anything, forget about it.

I walked into Staples to buy a desk. When I walk in the employee is sitting in a gaming chair right in the front of the store on his phone. I asked if he could help with a desk. I checked out at the register and he disappeared, he was back in the chair on his phone again!!! I asked if he could put the desk in my car and it was like I was bothering him.What I don’t understand is how a manager allows employees to sit right smack in the front of the store sitting on a phone.I was furious and will never go back to this store again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Rating solely based on their printing services. The imagery was incorrectly printed and they stated that I was at fault. However, in the order confirmation, it shows a preview of the image I requested to be printed. One of the associates I was talking to was very abrasive and did not provide a resolution to this. I was interrupting his lunch so I could tell he was already annoyed with needing to help the initial associate I was working with. I would not recommend this particular store for printing documents.

I placed an order for a 4 drawer file cabinet that arrived within 48 hours. The back of the cabinet was smashed and the top drawer does not function. Pick up of the damaged item and replacement with a new item will take over a week to deliver. Really?
