Banking Is so smooth here

Is this a bank or a private club? It was raining outside and I thought I could pop into a bank nearby as oppose to driving to my bank. I told the teller i wasn't an account member but asked if I could get a roll of quarters and the teller (I didn't catch her name but she was an old/older woman) said she could only give me two to three dollars. I've been led to believe money is the same at Wells Fargo as it is at Chase as it is at Bank of America as it is at a Credit Union--but clearly not at Bank of Princeton. They must have a special kind of currency. I went to a nearby establishment and they happily fulfilled the request. Don't even waste your time.

I dropped in my neighborhood branch; Bank of Princeton where Henrry Polanco assisted me with opening a new account. He shared some tips on purchasing a new car & where to go for financing. A+ experience

We love this bank! It's hard to find friendly, patient, intelligent, and competent people all at one place (usually you have to choose one of those qualities and be fine with just getting that). Also their rates are wonderful, and they are super convenient.

As a resident of Princeton but not a account member of this bank, I was very put off from the one and only experience i had at this branch. I walked in asking if I would be able to get a row of 25cent coins, and the teller's responded that i would only be able to get change for a singe dollar. I don't understand how CVS can assist me with this simple transaction, but a bank could not. It is not "wise" to seem incapable and unhelpful.
