As manager of a family office, I have been responsible for handling a family member's dealings with this building. From arranging move-in, setting up utilities, recommending an excellent house-keeper, parking and pet fees, all accounting matters and move-out, I have found Linda Fahmie, the Manager and Mary in Accounting to be incredibly accommodating, flexible and helpful in all aspects. Building management makes an enormous difference to the quality of life of anyone living in the building and this management team is terrific. I would highly recommend this building to anyone who is thinking of moving to Princeton.

These apartments are very modern and in the heart of Princeton. We were only planning on living here for one year but the convenience to the shops & restaurants in downtown Princeton as well as the cleanliness of the apartment building have caused us to reconsider. I would recommend this apartment building to anyone looking to rent in Princeton.

We made the Residences at Carnevale Plaza our home for a year after relocating from Massachusetts and could not have been happier. We loved our apartment with its beautiful hardwood floors, spacious master bedroom and granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Carnevale is located in the heart of Princeton and near Princeton University which placed us in close proximity to many great restaurants and cafes. Our neighbors were always very friendly and I cannot say enough about the excellent service provided to us by Linda, the manager of the development, and the rest of the staff. Any questions we had were always addressed immediately. We cannot say enough praises about our stay there. Thank you Linda, Jerry and everyone at the Residences at Carnevale Plaza for the time we made our home there.

Since my girlfriend lives in the apartment for the past year, I had the complete experience from searching for apartment to living inside the apartment. I further studied the apartment in comparison to other local apartments such as Avalon, Nassau Arms to house rental options. I concluded the apartment is the top choice based on locality, quality and value for family of 3-5. It is in such central location to WALK to Princeton University (I love Prospect garden), Junior and high school, Palmer Square, public library. Across street has several quality and reasonably priced restaurants. The apartment layout, hardwood floor, appliances are top quality and modern. The best of all is that the people living inside are very friendly and nice. I feel at home talking to Linda and office management. The rent price is very reasonable and competitive for the area. If I have to pick one area that the apartment lacks comparing to Avalon, is fitness room. There are options to work out in several local fitness centers. It would be nice to have option to work out inside when the weather is unfavorable. For family size 3-5 or non-family renter 2-3 splitting the rooms, I consider the apartment top 1 choice.

My husband and I lived at Carnevale Plaza for about a year starting March 2020, so we were there through the worst of the pandemic. Management was very professional and took impeccable care of the building, keeping it extremely clean and safe for all the residents. They were prompt on all maintenance requests as well. We highly recommend living there if you're fortunate enough to find an available apartment!

We enjoyed our 2 year stay at Carnevale Plaza very much. The location is incomparable: immediately adjacent to restaurants, the University, the Post Office and a 7-Eleven. The management led by Linda as the CEO and Jerry as Building Superintendent are highly professional and responsive.

We’ve been staying at Carnevale Plaza for about a year, and have really enjoyed our stay so far. The apartments themselves are well designed, with appealing hardwood flooring, granite/stone counter tops, all wood cabinets and modern kitchen appliances/laundry machines. There is elevator access to all floors and a lovely roof top terrace. Reserved onsite parking is available. Management has always been very helpful, answering all of our questions, and promptly responding to any concerns we’ve had. Overall, we recommend Carnevale Plaza as conveniently located and pleasant housing in Princeton.

We enjoyed our apartment at Carnevale Plaza for many reasons. It is first class in all respects including excellent appliances, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and beautiful crown moldings. The management and maintenance are responsive to requests and the location could't be better to walk to Princeton. This short description does not due justice to this beautiful apartment.

Lovely apartments on Nassau Street in Princeton . Great location. Across the street from The Blue Point Grille. Very convenient elevator service . Posh rooftop deck area. The apartments are like new and have high ceilings , top of the line appliances, balconies, lots of lighting, and beautiful tile work in the bathrooms, and the kitchen. The staff is very professional and friendly and very responsive to one’s needs.

I have enjoyed living for the past 2 years at The Residences at Carnevale Plaza. The apartments are in a great location in Princeton on Nassau Street. They are recently built, beautiful and have great finishing’s including hardwood floor, high ceilings, beautiful trim, outdoor patios/balconies, marble countertops, beautiful tile bathrooms, great appliances and plenty of parking (including reserved spots). The location is close to many restaurants, coffee shops (Small World is right across the street), dry cleaners, museums (Princeton University) and stores. The building is also very secure and well maintained. As an employee of a major multinational, that travels extensively it is great to have a place to live that is walking distance to food (great takeout) and shopping (groceries), easy to maintain and very secure. The staff is very responsive to your needs and the neighbors are lovely. There is also a beautiful lobby and even a roof top terrace/lounge area. I would definitely recommend The Residencies on Carnevale Plaza for anyone looking to live and work in the Princeton area.

Living at Carnevale Plaza is like living in a luxury hotel! Our apartment has stunning hardwood floors, high end appliances and luxury bathrooms. The building is scrupulously maintained, always sparkling clean; the lobby has elegant seating and original art on the walls.And oh that fabulous rooftop terrace! One of the great features of the building is the management team. Management is friendly and warm, unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable. We have been in buildings where the management is impersonal and rigid; at Carnevale Plaza we feel truly valued and appreciated by management. We are fortunate to have found Carnevale Plaza!

We enjoyed our time at The Residences at Carnevale Plaza Apartments. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment during our downsizing transition. We found that the establishment was correctly priced for the Princeton market. Our experience was that everyone that we dealt with at the apartment organization was extremely professional, caring and polite.
