“Scheduled an oil change on line with no problems. Met Christopher at Ciocca Subaru and he confirmed my appointment and he went over with me what I wanted done. Gave me a follow up phone call to point out things I may want to do in the future. No pressure. Called me again when car was ready. As I checked out he went over the bill and listed future items we talked about. Christopher was terrific and it was a very good experience.”

“This was an amazing experience! I had found a particular car online there and drove an hour to see it on a rainy day. John was busy completing a sale with another customer but came out to give me the key to the car. after I looked it over, John let me test drive it. When I got back, I made him a cash offer with my trade which he immediately accepted. It was much less than the posted price. John took care of all the paperwork along with the transfer of the plate - included in my cash price. Now I have a beautiful, luxurious car at a price better than I imagined.
