“A few years ago, Jimmy and staff replaced four tires
for my sons car before going to college. Recently Phil and Jimmy got my Honda civic an oil change and filter, alignment and 4 new continental tires. The tires came with a mail in rebate offer, free oil change and alignment. The car rides much better and the car drives nice and straight after alignment. Although there are closer Mr. TIres. I felt the staff at this store provide better customer service than other stores.”

“A whole piece of my car broke off while I was driving and I brought my car to this location today expecting to pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed but ended up getting it done for free. The management, the people at the front desk, and others who work there are extremely kind and helpful and wouldn't accept any payment. I tried multiple times to pay with cash or card but was denied each time. Their kindness and generosity has left a lasting impression on me. Will be coming back next time my car has issues. Please feel free to charge me extra then!
Also, as a side note, there is a person below me with the initials K.B. who gave this location a 1 star review - I would like to note that their review is extremely flawed and one sided. I was standing behind this person in line in the morning when I drove my car in to get fixed. They were pretty rude and to be dead honest I was impressed that the front desk and workers managed to talk to him, he was getting on my nerves and wasn't even talking to me. The team was really kind to him the whole time as well. He was borderline screaming the whole time and stormed out the door when a technician brought jumper cables out to help. The jumper cables were brought out in case there was an issue starting the car (as stated by the notes left behind by another technician), not because the car wouldn't start and not because they were trying to sell an extra service.”
