Excellent auto wash. After the wash they have vacuum and towels to finish up and vacuum the interior and trunk.
Friendly staff, will visit again.

Advertises car vacuum, but you can’t use them without paying for a full washes. I can get a cheaper wash elsewhere. Just wanted to find a place to pull in, put a few bucks in the machine, and vacuum my car out.

I unfortunately need to give this car wash a low rating because it did not successfully clean the exterior of my car. I was disappointed in this because I paid more than the base car wash. It seems like the wash doesn’t go deep enough. That being said, the vacuums and towels for self-service saves it from a 1-star rating.

Actually decent car wash and vacuums. Just got washed, however, before leaving I filled up my washer fluid because it was low.
I was approached by one of the employees and asked to shut my hood as it’s against rules. After complying, I curiously asked the gentleman what the reasoning why was. Instead of giving me a straightforward answer, he decided to get smart with me and eventually escalated to name calling and threatening me.
I was simply just trying to wash my car on a Sunday and instead I got threatened by one of your employees.
Decent wash though.

I came to this location and signed up as a monthly member. I added a service that was additional, not realizing that it did not reflect on screen. Upon completion of my services, I pulled into the wrong section of the car wash. I was asking where do I proceed to receive the hot was add-on in which I thought was added in the beginning. I spoke w/ Santiago, who is horrible in customer service. He said that he couldn’t add the add-on and to call the 609 number he kept pointing toe on the wall. I asked him if he could add it for me and he said I had to call the number. He proceeded to walk out the door to place the sticker on my car, I called the number which directs you to email or go back to a location. I walk in to find Santiago providing another client with far better service. He miraculously was able to switch things within this man account. Amazing to me that he was able to add things in when he told me he couldn’t do for me. The customer service offended my experience. I drove to the Lawrenceville location where I was greeted from the door by the staff. I asked to speak with a manager and they actually had one. Their customer gesture was impeccable! I would never return to this location and I see why others are complaining after reading their reviews!

I got a basic wash. It didn't even clean a fresh bird poop off my car. I asked the attendant about it and he told me couldn't do anything about it. Bad car wash and poor service! Most other car washes, this is not a problem whatsoever.
