Great selection of close out deals. They have an insiders card which gives great discounts. It is easy to miss but is in part of the old Walmart space near Best Buy off route 1. The location does close a bit early at 7.

I just love shopping here!
Usually, I am not looking for anything in particular.
It is always an adventure because there is always new stuff being added.
Today I was looking at kayaks.
I remembered that I needed bird food and discovered that the one I usually buy was on sale. I bought two huge bags for $9.50 each!! Score!!!
The folks who work there have become our friends.
Deb, Joan, Janelle, Makea, Stephanie and all the rest are just splendid and welcoming sales professionals.
Shout out to Joan. If there is a product that is noteworthy, Joan walks us over to it and introduces it to us.
There is a certain seltzer from London that is absolutely delicious. I would have never known about it if Joan hadn't told us. I discovered several must have items through Joan.

And Deb.....educated us about the Eat for Free program and how it works. Great way to move nearly expired products and get coupons to spend next visit! Brilliant marketing to avoid waste. Deb always gives us a heads up on new arrivals and KNOWS WHERE EVERYTHING IS! She's hilarious. (How about those snake skin sandals!) I always leave laughing!
The cashiers are also thorough and are certain to recruit each customer into the membership family to insure appropriate sales discounts are applied.
If you haven't already.....You just gotta put Ocean State on your radar!

Ocean State Job Lot is a lot like a big lots if this is a new brand to you. Stoped in and found a few buys and an interesting mix of products from Clothing to Sporting goods. Worth a visit you might be pleasantly surprised. Store was clean well light and staff is friendly.

Occupying the corpse of a Walmart, this place is huge. Compared to the tight, crowded NYC stores, it's a monster. So big, it still has Xmas and Halloween clearance in February, possibly all year.

Again I was looking for a kitchen chair or just a chair that'll fit underneath my table for Thanksgiving this year. I thought I was going to have company. The company came and dropped off the kid and left. Overall, this place was just a big store. Pull up stuff. I'm not a flea market. Kind of person but the staff I happen to know she was very helpful and friendly. I did buy folding chair for summer next year.
