No chairs in most of the gold section is a let down 👎 the corporate team seems to be taking the customers for granted. They could do better with customer service.”

I started out going there because somebody recommended them as a place to get your watch batteries replaced. Was happy to find out they had a designated area for this that moved very quickly! Then a couple times I brought in estate jewelry for appraisal and sale. Most recently I wanted to change the band on a Rolex watch and they were extremely helpful with recommendations and were there for me every step of the way. I've tried several different jewelry stores in the area. Simply put, Dave's Jewelers is the best!”
