While I was in the middle of purchasing a bread maker that was on sale the Manager came to the counter and removed the sales tag right in front of me and said the item was no longer on sale. Wow. You usually have to honor a price that is marked. Isn’t that considered false advertisement? Will never shop here again.

Does price mean quality? Not for Willam Sonoma. I bought a SCANPAN for about ＄300 and the lid broke in less than half a year. They told me to contact SCANPAN. And I was told lids are accessory and not covered by warranty. This is literally the most expensive cookware I ever bought and the least durable one. SHAME!
