On 9/11/23 I went to the Williams Sonoma Princeton store. I ordered a set of steak knives. The total price including tax is $106.57. Delivery date was estimated at 10/4/23. When the order did not arrive I went to the store to inquire. I was told that the order was placed on a hold because one of the 3 gift cards I used to pay was not properly entered by the sales associate.I said it I understand that it was an honest mistake and I will pay the $6.57 that the payment was short just to resolve this problem and get my order completed. This is where the situation became impossible. They could not accept my payment because there is a hold on the order. They can not release the hold unless the balance is paid in full which is not possible because they will notaccept my payment. At this point I asked for a refund of the $100 that they took from me. They said the can’t give me a refund because the order is on hold. The experience that I suffered through in the store was pretty much repeated with customer service several times over the phone. As of today,10/23/23 Williams Sonoma is still refusing to complete my order or give me a refund.I have a paid receipt but they either don’t care or are incompetent.I hope somebody reads this and contacts meBarbaraOrder number 332542763344

Very limited product range, very expensive, not good quality, poor service, rude people. I tried to return a weighing scale which was not even working but they didn’t take it back.

I don't know what kind of a company or store policy this location has. Terrible!!!! I bought breville mini toaster oven last week from Shrewsbury store but came here to return as it was near by. The only issue I had is the breads are not toasting as expected. I came to this location to return but they refused as it is used. I came within 30 days but as per store policy they cannot accept as it is used. I don't understand how do I know how the product is without using. I was honest telling that I used the oven but still I had to hear BS from the store manager.I called Shrewsbury store and they said I can return without any issue even if I used it. They appreciate i am being honest.I don't recommend to buy anything from this location.

Love visiting for ideas and good quality items, selection is not as varied as their web site but staff is really helpful and knowledgeable and willing to direct in right direction for speciality items.

Received a Breville Pizza maker as a gift. Was excited to try it. Easy set up I'll say. Made a plain pizza with it first. The heating element on the top is too close and burns the bubbling cheese, also taller toppings also burned. We were sadly disappointed. We went to this William Sonoma where it was purchased to return and they stated it could not be returned because it was used. So we're basically stuck with a poorly designed item. If this is there policy on anything I guess stay away from this store. I'm extremely disappointed in William Sonoma and will be calling corporate as well. If the corporate office gives me the same answer I'll never buy from them again. Stay tuned for the rest of my review.

Came into the store to do returns on my bridal shower gifts that were duplicates. I received e-merch emails all of which I could not access. Customer service has been no help and basically William Sonoma has $800 worth of gift cards that I am unable to have access to. When coming back to the store for help they said that I had to call corporate. I wonder if I will ever receive the $800 worth of gift card money that is basically stolen. I'd give a zero star review if it was an option.

Nice store with friendly, helpful, sales associates. A bit smaller than other William-Sonoma stores but it has a good selection of housewares - cooking, baking, blending, toasting roasting, chopping, cleaning, and mixing - it’s all there. I went in looking for Carraway pots and pans and it seems they do not carry this brand, too bad. There were other higher end brands to choose from but none of them are colorful and I prefer color. Of course Williams-Sonoma always has a delightful assortment of holiday and seasonal items and one of my favorite things about the store is there is always something new to discover. It’s not inexpensive but the quality is usually there.

Looks like a lovely store with the finest cutlery. Tried to get in store and all walkways had large floor baskets filled with items for sale like the yellow brick road, two to the left three to the right. I'm disappointed I could not make it through in my wheelchair. Now I'm certainly not a Karen however it appears the walkways were the legal 39 inch ADA wheelchair width. However with the endless baskets all over I'm sure it was more like a 29 inch width. When the short saleswoman with grey hair asked if I needed help and I explained there was no room to get around to look at the knives I wanted. She sarcastically said " well we don't have they open floor plan.
