“I moved into the Meridia on December 15th, 2023.Jasper had and continues to be responsive and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and make accommodations where I needed them. I haven't been in contact with the rest of management so far, however both Juan and Darren from maintance have also been very helpful thus far.Pros:- I love the layout of my 1bed loft apartment. I am unsure of the square footage now, however the loft makes the ceilings huge and the space feels bigger because of it.- There is a big closet in the bedroom, which I very much need and appreciate; it was honestly one of the selling points of the apartment for me.- The apartment has clearly been deep cleaned before moving in & possibly even repainted. This was greatly appreciated; out of all the apartments I saw during my search, this one was one of the cleanest.Cons:- I'm not partial to the fragrances in the lobby. Jasper was kind enough to remove the two near my apartment.EDIT FEBRUARY 9TH 2024:Just wanted to make additional comments about my experience. I've had issues with the water heater since moving into the apartment; maintenance was super responsive in addressing servicing the issue. After a month and some visits, they have replaced the heater and it's amazing, !!Like mentioned before, the apartment is beautiful and I am really enjoying it.”

“I’ve spent five years living at Short Hills Club Village and can’t recommend it enough. The property grounds are peaceful and well maintained. The management and maintenance teams are extremely kind and responsive. The location is convenient to so many things (train, park, public pool, walkable downtown), and the community within the complex itself is wonderful.”

“Recently needed to rent an apartment for my son. We were looking around the area and ended up at eleven80. We met Jasmine Smith the leasing consultant. She was very friendly, charming and welcoming. As we toured the building, I was very touched by the relationship she had with the staff from the concierge to the maintenance, as they greeted each other as friends. I totally fell in love with the more retro style of the building and how well kept it was. As we decided to sign a lease right there and then, the units we were looking at beagn to get taken up. Jasmine worked very hard and was as concerned as we were that we would not be able to get a unit. She was scrambling, and was able to find us an even better unit than what we had looked at for only a couple of dollars more. THANK YOU Jasmine for your help and genuine concern for our needs. Couldn't have done it without you!”

The location is also very convenient, with parks, schools, supermarkets, a library, and churches nearby. The whole neighborhood feels safe and pleasant. I had a wonderful time living here and truly enjoyed my experience.”

“I had a really positive experience with Richel from the leasing office. She was extremely helpful and genuinely understanding of my situation. What stood out to me was her empathy — she really took the time to see things from a resident’s perspective rather than just treating it like a routine issue.

She not only listened but also offered practical solutions and took initiative to help resolve the problem. It made a big difference knowing someone actually cared and was willing to help. Really appreciate her support!”

“Love living here, we moved in August and we couldn’t be happier about our choice. The location, units, and having Whole Foods in the lobby are excellent factors but it’s the people here who really make this place shine. Jamal, the building manager, is extremely hard working and responsive. The engineering staff, Hakim + Adam are very intelligent, quick to sort out any problems, and very trustworthy. The housekeeping staff is great, there’s an elderly gentleman who’s always diligently cleaning (I’m kicking myself for forgetting his name). The entire security team is outstanding, special shout out to Reggie who always has a kind word to say but truly they’re all fantastic. The head security guard (he’s more frequently toward the Whole Foods end) is very astute, friendly, and does his job extremely well. The parking manager Joseph Navarro is also very helpful and friendly. The building is lucky to have such a great staff because that’s a huge part of what makes living here feel like a safe happy home.”

“After just moving in a few months ago, we can truly say that we feel completely at home in these beautiful apartments! We live in a safe/quiet building, in an extremely large unit, with tons of natural light, beautiful crown molding, and best of all in-unit laundry. We’ve found that everyone living here is extremely friendly, and have noticed that the grounds are kept impeccably clean. The building is within easy walking distance to the train, downtown area, farmers market, and the amazing greenway which space for miles! The only downsides to living here include the difficult parking situation (on weekends mainly). Only one designated spot is provided per unit and being next to an extremely popular restaurant, those patrons often take up the extra parking in front of the building leaving us residents with two cars few options for parking. In addition, this building also does not have an elevator (odd being that it was only built a few years ago). Overall though, we absolutely love the building, the location and and the convenience to everything one might need!”

“Beautiful neighborhood with walkability to downtown Millburn. Safe, clean and friendly. The management was great to work with and very helpful when searching for the perfect apartment. Units are well maintained and feature exterior and interior locks, refinished Harwood floors, remodeled kitchens and bath.”

“My husband lived here for about 8 years before I moved in with him. After living 2 years together we grew out of the space and moved into a house. We loved how close these condos were to GSP and the Turnpike. There are so many stores around the general area, you'll pretty much find anything you need within a good 2-10 minute drive. There's also quick access to the local park through the trail in the woods which we loved to take advantage of daily. Great condos, never had any issues.”

“I HAVE BEEN LIVING AT THE PAVILION FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS. I MOVED TO NEW JERSEY, AFTER GRADUATING FROM COLLEGE. I'M HAPPY WITH THE PEOPLE, STAFF, THE COMMUNITY. THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS? PAVILION WILL FIX IT! BUT THE PROBLEM MUST BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE PAVILION APARTMENTS. THE PAVILION APARTMENTS, ARE ALWAYS, GETTING BETTER AND BETTER. AGAIN, I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS. AND THE PAVILION APARTMENTS ARE NOW, LOOKING MORE SMOOTHER,THAN EVER. PEACE!!!!”

“I have been living at Meadowbrook Village again since March 2026, after having lived here years ago before moving away in 2005. It has been a positive experience returning to this community.

I especially want to recognize the management and maintenance staff. Vicky, Oscar, and Phil have always been responsive, professional, and ready to help whenever I have needed assistance. They address maintenance requests and other concerns quickly, which makes a real difference for residents.

Like any community, there are a few minor issues. Parking can sometimes be challenging, and unfortunately, a few residents do not dispose of their garbage in the proper locations. However, these are relatively small concerns compared with the overall quality of the community.

Overall, Meadowbrook Village remains a good place to live. I appreciate the friendly staff, prompt service, and pleasant environment, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed condominium community. VILLAFANE H. 2026”

“Disregard any negative reviews about the Murray Hill Apartments. When the time came to look for a new apartment I heard so many horror stories about property management companies and managers. The Murray Hill Apartments feature the opposite of all that. Tuli Reality was always extremely responsive and took action whenever something was needed. In addition the onsite team of Mike and his guys couldn't have been more nice, understanding, and responsive whenever there was an issue. The apartments are located in a great suburban neighborhood with NJ Transit trains to NYC right across the street. For the price, the apartments are a great deal for anyone.”

“Love this place, been here 4 years. Like anywhere there some minor issues but they fix it quickly. The staff is friendly and there are always some activities going on. The neighborhood is peaceful. Bus to NYC is steps away and the ride to NYC is 45 minutes. If you are looking for a great place to rent. Select this place.”

“One of architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's masterworks hidden in plain sight in Newark NJ. Construction started in 1958 and the building opened in 1960. Lovely Miesian exterior in beautiful setting close to Branch Brook Park. It would be great to see the building being restored to its former architectural glory. The nearby Pavilion Towers were also designed by Mies van der Rohe (1886-1969) and offer the opportunity to see three original Mies buildings in close proximity.”
