“I couldn't give a second review so im adding to this one. My buick was in an accident and from step 1 to step 10 Nelson was there. He is one of the easiest people to deal with id advse anyone that goes there to ask for he he brakes everything down. I calld him off the hook and he never gave me anything but the highest service. When he didn't have an answer he would call back by end of day with an update couldn't ask for more. As far as the body work you cannot tell it was hit there is no orange peal at all it looks stock. They delivered it cleaner than what i gave to them. I couldn't thank Nelson and the rest of the staff enuff i will recommend them to everyone.
I took my maserati in for bumper repair turn around time was faster than expected. I was dealing with a gentleman named Nelson he mad the process very smooth treating the car as if it was his own. He took the time to go over the car before, and after. I didn't feel he sold me on anything he showed me there work and that was it I knew I made the right choice. I had him also do full paint correction and ceramic coating. When I picked it up I was looking for orange peel I couldn't find any an absolute flawless job by his crew. I couldn't be happier”

“Working with Mario Auto was a very pleasant experience from the start. Claudia was extremely helpful in navigating the entire experience from beginning to end. She helped with getting the vehicle to the shop, how to handle insurance, and even made sure i was able to get a perfect color match. I’ve personally never had to deal with a vehicle accident let alone actual body repair on a vehicle and she made it so easy. She was even available past closing time for me to come by with documents and key drop off.
The technicians that worked on my vehicle were very helpful as well and did an amazing job on the repairs. As stated they were able to perfect match the new pieces which i was very afraid of given it’s a very vibrant white car that had slight yellowing in some spots. They washed the car for me and even were able to remove some of the spots that were on my doors and skirts that i thought would never come off. The car looks as good as the day i bought it nearly 5 years ago.
Also, to the guy who tried to say this shop was dirty in the reviews, this is one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever been to, even cleaner than a lot of chain shops. 10/10 would go here again and trust them with all my future vehicle auto-body needs.”

“Today was my first time going Chamo’s Hand CarWash and it definitely won’t be my last. I’m 100% satisfied with my service today. I got the VIP #3 and I even got a raffle entry for a trip to Cancun for Two and a TV. From beginning to end, they took care of me. I was little embarrassed because it’s been a while since my last wash. Nonetheless, they left my car spotless. You couldn’t wipe the smile off my face. Definitely recommend.”

It started with Stan who was so helpful with his expertise in helping me choose a color for my tow hooks that matched my brake calipers. “I am a regular customer with this shop. They do a phenomenal job, just about every week I drop my car off before work and pick it up on my lunch break. Any other hand car wash will be $30-40 and will do a crap job, just spend the extra couple bucks and they will have your car shinier than when you bought it.
Also had them hard wire my dash cam as well, installed tints too. Everything they've done has been perfect and they are honest too about what needs to be done and what can wait. Didn't feel like I was getting sold on stuff just to line the owners pockets at all like some (most) car services”
