We bought a car from BM motors in June of 2023. They pulled all the tricks to scam us. First we gave them cash for down payment. Counted in front of them. They took the money inside then came back and said we shorted them $20. No biggies. But this was just the beginning. They said the car has 70k miles which the odometer confirms. But the car seems to have a lot more wear. We bought the car. 3 weeks passed, no plates came. Called them. They said there was a clerical error on the title which says 125k miles. They said they have to correct with DMV. Another two went. Still no plates. Called again. They said we should receive the plates next day. Plates finally came after 1 week. But there was no title. We were just happy to finally receive the plates and forgot the title. Now it's November. After many costly repairs: bad cv joint, bad tires, bad wheel bearing, leaky valve gasket... Just remember we never got the title. Called them. They said the title person was out. Called again the next week. They put me on hold for 30 minutes. Only music, no answer. Who has the time to be dicked around? I think we got scammed. The title would show the car has a lot more miles. That's why they never sent us and would answer us. Not sure what to do next. Maybe BBB or small claim court. Run don't walk from these crooks. Avoid them like the plague.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. John from finance was very professional and attentive with what we were looking for in terms of cost. When we came in to seal the deal John was off but he made sure to give us someone just as awesome— Thank you Mike and Jeffrey for your patience, knowledge and reassurance for the car we chose! Highly recommend using Jeffrey as your salesman if you are looking for a car at this dealership. My husband loves his new Jeep SRT!

DO NOT GO HERE SCAMMERS AND MONEY HUNGRY. Geno is a money hungry person and try's to manipulate you into buying the car. So many hidden fees which doesn't make ANY SENSE. Was not budging down, when they took $1000 bucks 2 days prior of my appointment. These ppl ONLY WANT YOUR $$. Also Jon the manager charged me since I'm a person time financing he charged me 8% on hidden fees . Just so him and geno can make money. It's very sad how these companies are legal to work in America they should all be shut down for FRAUD DO NOT GO HERE Save your time and stress THESE GUYS SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I had so many problems, here’s a list .1. I purchased a car recently, about 24-36 hours after I got home I had 2 flat tires, I called BM motorcars and let them know I would be taking my car in to get my tires replaced. Because I have 4WD I had to replace all 4 tires, I got a decent price of $750 to replace everything. I was told a manager would reach out to me about compensating me for the issue since I had just purchased the car 2 DAYS BEFORE… Well this never happened.2. My permanent license plate and registration still has not arrived, despite my temp license plate and registration now being 10 DAYS EXPIRED. I’ve called multiple times about this and been given multiple false dates of when I will receive these documents.3. I am currently sitting in a garage waiting on AAA because both my battery and ignition lights turned on a few days ago and I haven’t been able to take my car in yet because of my work schedule. This is 5 WEEKS after I purchased this vehicle. I will have to take my car back into a shop to get it looked at and quoted for repairs once again.4. These are smaller issues but still very frustrating. My alignment was very messed up, and windshield wipers were smudging my windshield. So I also had to pay for both of those to be repaired. My volume button in the car is also cracked and I have a 4 from the 4x4 decal in the back missing (these last 2 would not bother me had so many other things not been messed up with this vehicle)I have had nothing but headaches since purchasing this vehicle, and am attempting to save other people from having to deal with the same stress I’m currently undergoing. While the manager has now been responding to me and kind over the phone. He has told me that the owner/his boss, is unable to help me in any way.Save yourself the time, money, stress and anger and look for a vehicle somewhere else.Edit: I was told me AAA the battery is bad after they tested it, so now I’m paying another $300-$400.

If I could give them a zero I would. My sister purchased a vehicle from them and had to get it fixed because there were rodent feces under the hood of the car. The manager is so nasty and rude, save your money and go to a reputable car dealership, do not go to a place that scams and deceives their customers.

Edited to add: John was wonderful. I had to call back and asked for him and he was very helpful and was able to get us the information we needed immediately. Also for reference it is Sergio that we had been working with who was rude and unhelpful. We searched for our new car nationwide and ended up choosing one from this car lot. We are out of state so i knew it would be a bit harder but the service i have received over and over again has been AWFUL. Will NEVER shop here again and will never recommend this place to anyone. Our dealer was never pleasant with us even after receiving the car and it took him a week to get the car on a truck to be delivered after we had paid and something i had gotten done in less than an hour. And when we called about the car having over 300 EXTRA miles on it, he blew us off and never tried to be helpful. And im writing this while on hold with them, AGAIN.

DO NOT BUY!I bought a 2018 Q5 from this dealership. I found a good price and it was what I was looking for. At signing, I was hit with a $3,000 "accessory charge" in addition to the asking price that was never disclosed until signing. Ultimately, i was invested in this car and negotiated the price down and ended up buying it. This dealer is as stereotypical as it comes, a bunch of shady liars with no principle whatsoever. It's truly a shame that places like this exist and refuse to conduct business in an ethical and transparent manner. Their practices are truly predatory. For example, in addition to the unsolicited charge, I was told 2 keys came with the vehicle. The vehicle was shipped with only one key and then the manager Jon hung up the phone on me when I called to confront the situation. All I wanted was for them to do the right thing and rightfully give me the second key or reimburse me for the price as that's what I was told before signing. Not only this, but my salesman told me the dealership TOOK AWAY HIS COMMISSION from the deal because of the misrepresentation pertaining to the 2 keys. Yes, they just took away the commission even though there was no monetary adjustment made for the missing key. That is theft. Additionally, they do not check their cars either. I sent the car for a pre purchase inspection and somehow both the local Audi dealership and BM missed a massive coolant leak in the car. I was unable to drive the car for a week after it arrived as a result and the leak was clear as day (see pictures). Overall, these guys are unethical, shady, and know no principle. If I could give one simple piece of advice, DO NOT BUY from them. There are plenty of cars out there, don't take the risk.

Test drove a 2018 X3, liked it enough to discuss pricing. Turns out the actual cost of the car included a $3,800+ "accessory" fee that wasn't indicated on the original listing (bringing the total from $21,700 to nearly $26k BEFORE tax). Salesman Jeffrey claims this is the case "everywhere," maybe true for NJ but not NY. Jeffrey repeatedly asked us to make an offer, but immediately shot down all requests to reduce or remove the "accessory" fee. It was clear there was zero room for negotiation and we declined to continue the conversation. Jeffrey aggressively pursued the sale via calls and texts for two weeks, ultimately texting me to say the car we originally looked at was sold to "a customer that actually wanted to pay the price and not less." That's great, Jeff, totally thrilled for you. We bought the same year X3 Jeffrey originally showed us, with 20k less miles, for $22k (no "accessory" fees!) from a local BMW dealership literally the next day. Don't be talked into making a bad purchase by an overly aggressive salesperson, there are better deals out there.

Ex’tania was great just like all of the reviews say. I’ve been to about 6 dealerships in the past 2 months and did not look forward to visiting another one. No BS fees, they got me into the truck I’ve been looking at right at the price point I was looking at. They got me the lowest financing I’ve been able to find, they are going to give me 2 new front tires, and fix one minor issue I had. I’d give them 6 stars if I could, not to mention the 60 day warranty that also comes standard.
