Lady with bald cut was rude .Just not the way you should talk to people entering your shop for any reason..Was very nice upon entering and even apologized because I had entered wrong business and was still met with attitude for a simple misunderstanding. To try to embarrass somebody in front of other patrons is not the way to go for a business owners even as a non patron
