I had an excellent experience at Cube smart, the staff were very polite and helpful and I reserved a unit before I decided at no cost; yay! I was given a tour of the unit before I signed the lease which was easy and speedy process❤❤❤. The unit was clean, good air quality and meets my needs. I recommend Cubesmart for storage needs. Came in to upgrade and Richard was a wonderful help thank you so much!

Horrible customer service. We have a unit here and our card expired, they sent us an email to notify us (great!). The email said they can’t take payments over the phone (annoying, but fine), so my husband and I went in and put a new card on file on a Friday. The following Monday I receive call that they need a new card, called back 10 mins later, left a voicemail saying we stopped in and could they call back to confirm they have the new card. I never received a call back. On Thursday morning I received a text saying they applied a late fee and our code was disabled and our unit was locked. I got the text 1.5 hours before they opened. And 4 days after I called to confirm they have the new card and still no call back. I’m still waiting for them to get back to me. This is ridiculous. Store your stuff at another company.

Quick and easy process, building is clean and easy to navigate; multiple entry/access points available into the storage bldg. Don was great at setting us up and giving us a quick tour of the facility.

am a new customer of this location! from the first time I stopped in until me actually renting a storage unit at this location the staff has been extremely friendly with me and catering to my needs of a larger storage unit the price has so far been the most competitive ! Kiana is great, well spoken and very knowledgeable....access to the property is very easy with a code for the gate the property is not gigantic so finding your storage unit is very easy looking forward to a great relationship with the staff here for the future.

As I had storage since 2018 until 2024 and everything, I was a memory of my mother and my family and kids. It was so hard to let a lot things go but it was time of new journey for me and my family.
Dolores the staff at CubeSmart is phenomenal she so understanding and her personality is perfect for a beautiful soul inside and out and forever grateful for her. I will miss her so much.

MOLD INFESTATION OVER ENTIRETY OF CONTENTS -- EVERYTHING DESTROYED-- STAY FAR AWAY. Horrified to discover that entirety of my unit is covered in mold -- childrens bedroom funiture, all matresses, two full living room sets, both cloth and leather seating, wooden dining room table set, coffee tables, piano.
Will Post an update later in the week to see if we can come to terms.. as of now have not been able to reach anyone at Cubesmart. Am currently speaking with a lawyer. Please take photos if you have mice or mold issues.

There should be an option for zero stars. I was there today and the woman who was the only one working was very nonchalant when I informed her about a mice problem. I unfortunately now have to go back to throw away what is in there. The woman said she is very well aware of the problem and that nothing can or will be done. STAY AWAY. I have had a storage unit in another place and never had a problem. It's very sad that they take your money yet care nothing about what people have there. Some of the items there are from my late mother that I kept in memory of her and now I can't keep them. The lack of concern from the employee was ridiculous
Update: if you are paying for insurance don't bother trying to file a claim. Apparently vermin/rodents is not covered. Customer since 2016 for nothing
