I moved all of my lifelong belongings here after losing my home to foreclosure. I told them I am perm disabled and live on a fixed income. They have raised my bill by over $400 month for one unit and over $125 for another. They just raised me again all at one time a total of $125 for one unit on top of what I was already paying. I begged them to be nicer to me, to help me. Right now, I cannot walk at all from a bad fall, am having hip replacement, double knee surgeries asap. As soon as I get well and am able to walk again, I am contacting every church and government agency to help me remove my belongings and take everything to Self Storage who actually has a lower rate with same good service for disabled people. I have contacted an attorney and my local congressman with the hopes they can get someone to help me remove my belongings from Cube Smart and take them to Self Storage asap. There has to be some type of government regulation on the fees and raises that can be done to people who have their belongings in these places. We are all being targeted and taken advantage of because of the entire USA going thru covid and hard times in the past few years. Please if anyone out there can help me to move all of my belongings out of Cube Smart, contact me please. I cannot do this by myself, and I am all alone. And believe me if they raise me again after reading this review I will have my attorney help me with this. It is time we all band together and stop these places from hurting good people.

I had a fantastic experience with CubeSmart Storage center Rahway’s Nj recently! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me to choose the perfect storage unit for my needs. They made the entire process seamless and efficient from start to finish. Their exceptional service and attention to detail truly stood out to me. I was impressed by how quickly they facilitated the registration process, making it a stress-free experience. Dirty and not climate controlled. The unit had water that leaked in, mice got in they left droppings over everything and they are into a lot of furniture. Mold grew due to the water in the unit. This cube smart has renters storing food inside causing an influx of dirty mice. Not to mention they are price gouging in the rent. What a waste. I lost more than half of my furniture and rugs not to mention clothes and shoes. The place was always almost as cold or hot as outside. Complete waste.

Rahway Location good. Climate control non existent. Mold on furniture in unit. Mice droppings all over my stuff and in my open boxes.

It was a very clean at all times. And I always felt safe. Easy access also with elevator. The only thing I can suggest is more carts.

Good rates from the beginning. First thing that I'm not happy with is that they are very pushy sending you text notices and emails shortly in less than 2 weeks after you pay your storage rent monthly and it can be annoying to see these emails,like a threat if you don't pay on time that you are considered delinquent! We as renters are extremely aware about payment methods like if Cubesmart is doing you a favor with these annoying notices, as if they care to help you in the event that you have financial issues keeping up with your rent, they offer only that you can pay over the phone with a now 5 dollar and change convenience fee, free of charge if you pay in person cash or credit on the spot or auto pay but not compassionate enough to help you in that subject of financial issues, they are too quick to threaten you to possess all your things as quickly if you are behind payments, im sure its a common policy but I'm also am sure there are other storage facilities that at least are not pushy. Customers deserve to be treated with ease and gentle with reminders but also stop being pushy with email reminders even days after paying a bill. I look forward to move all my things out of there and not recommend this facility if they continue not to care for their customers.

ive had cube smart for a year. they are quite expensive. when i signed up the sliding doors were broke. and the one of the exit gates as well. in a year they repaired neither.

I have had the storage cube since 2013 and never had any issues, access or support and all questions answered.
