Went around 10:30 pm recently, was sick and trying to quickly pick up some Sudafed. One guy working. One person ahead of me. As I walked up, the guy helped the person in front of me, and asked me whether I was picking up. When I said “just sudafed”, he said “just a minute”, then went and started bagging a bunch of prescriptions. For like five minutes. How this was more efficient than just getting me the package right away I don’t know; he was already standing in front of the Sudafed. Then he finally came back and asked me again what I needed, seeming inexplicably annoyed for some reason, and I again asked for Sudafed. I asked to see two different types so I could figure out which kind had what active ingredients, and as soon as he handed me the boxes he again went back to bagging things. He didn’t come back for another five minutes. Not sure if I was supposed to take what I wanted to the front??? He finally came to ring me up and when I realized I needed to find my FSA card he, not even kidding, again left for 5 minutes to bag things. It was pretty ridiculous. Not sure if he was having a bad night, felt like randomly being a jerk, or what, but he managed to turn what should have been a simple purchase into something annoying enough to warrant a bad review. Not sure if this place is under new management or what, but the vibe here has taken a nosedive for the past few months.

The pharmacy staff is very rude. I asked the guy if he’s taking my insurance before payment and he snapped at me asking why I didn’t ask the other lady who was adding my RX code at the other window and how he is just a cashier. I’m a new customer at this CVS to pick up my prescription so how am I supposed to know which person is taking my insurance when they didn’t even ask if I got insurance for my prescription. Plus I was asking him nicely. Just because he had to ask his co-worker again he gave me attitude and an unnecessary remark.

Very rude. My boyfriend needed a script for pain meds filled and they refused. Legit from a Dr for 10 years. He is in their system as a valid customer with this medication. They said he needed insurance auth, but that is not true. They denied him paying out of pocket too. They said the medication use was monitored by insurance when his doctor is the one monitoring him. He has the right to pay out of pocket. All other CVS pharmacies near us disagree with their "policies and actions" and state that what they did is wrong. When I called to inquire about this issue, the pharmacist was very rude. They treated my boyfriend rudely and as if he were a drug addict. Again, legitimate Dr and prescription. Would give no stars if that were were an option.

Black people beware. Ever since they locked up the soap and took away the frozen foods due to loss prevention they’ll make you feel like eyes are on your back constantly. Their thought of thinking your a thief being masked by fake enthusiasm to help. My people know exactly what I mean if they see this review.Do me a favor and go to Walgreens next door. You’ll be treated right

They dont give the customers the courtesy of offering GoodRX when paying full price cash. Sent a friend who was unaware of this option. Pharmacies that care about their patients do.

This is one of the WORST and racist pharmarcies I ever went to. I’ve been treated wrong twice. First I was treated wrongly by the pharmacist sheriff ibrahim. I went to pick up my medicine and he denied me my medicine for no logicalreason. My medicine did not fit my needs in his opinion. He proceeds by asking me my diagnosis and yelling out my age out loud, stating that i’m too young to be taking the medicine that I am taking(as if he was a pain management expert). He continues to deny by medicine. Then proceeds to fill the next MALE with no questions. The new phamarcy manager co-signed for him when he was out of line completely. I decided to not go back. However, just a couple days ago I decided to give them another try because i need a 24 hrs pharmacy. I called and checked to see if my medicine was available, the pharmacist Brandon proceeds to be rude and make a whole lie and states that they are only filling people medicinethat lives in New bruswick and denied me again. I asked another pharmacist ,No matter where you are at ;you can you use this pharmacy. I hate feeling like i’m nothing and I don’t deserve this at all.

I went there with my mother today so that she could pick up her blood thinners prescription medication, and the staff LIED about never receiving the prescription electronically from her doctor. We have proof that he sent it, and CVS Pharmacy staff either lost it or deleted it. We are never going back there. When they try to mess with the lives of people, it's a serious issue.

I just got Covid shot here, my prescription, and some over the counter medication and everything was just fine. The staff were super friendly and helped me find whatever I needed. It’s 24 hours with good atmosphere.

Every time I use the APP for the pharmacy, when I checkout, I have to keep entering my FSA credit card information even though I have saved it many times. It is very frustrating.

Probably the slowest pharmacy of ever been to and don't even try and go to the drive-thru window. You'll wait there forever or 25 minutes at the minimum. This CVS and it's staff really needs to get it together. The service is non-existent

If I could give it zero stars I would the management is absolutely piss poor they’re completely understaffed, and they don’t seem to be doing anything about it. They probably hire a bunch of people to call out all the time, and I would definitely be a sign of poor management. I was here to pick up an Uber order. It was a Shop to pay. I needed one item out of the electronics section. I had to continuously press the button to get any service. Nobody wanted to come give us any help and it would’ve taken years to get any help. If you know anything about Uber, you know that there’s a certain deadline your orders need to be delivered by. I can’t afford to sit there and wait for one person to deal with seven customers on the register before they come get a product for me so I can get the heck out of there myself.

Horrible customer service here and I was appalled by the behavior of a tall West Indian man that works there. I went in to purchase an item and I heard him telling an elderly lady to "move back" in a rude manner. I believe he was management and he was very disrespectful to her. After the two ladies left, he was discussing the issue with another customer, not realizing he was just as upset about it as I was. I told him it was not so much what he said, but the rude manner in which it was said. I told him that if a customer is not happy, then it is your responsibility to make the customer want to come back. In business, the customer is always right He said he was not that bad and the truth shall set you free. I will never go back to this location, and customer service training should be given to this employee.

I would always send my prescription to this CVS, only because it was close to home, but I went to go for my mother's blood pressure medication they told me that the insurance isnt going to cover it because its too early, come to realize my mother was suppose to be given a 90 day supply and was only given 30 day supply. This CVS does not care about our families health. They make mistakes that can cause serious problems and their only answer is to call my insurance when they committed fault! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!

Ive been on the phone 33 min and still no answer. They dont prepare the meds on time even in emergencies. Whoever owns this CVS need to hire new management or get it together yourself.
