Ashley is very patient and has excellent customer service. She always helps me solve my problems with my phone and when I bought it they had a very good discount. This week I sent my Daughter to buy a phone for here and she told me that Ashley treated here very kindly and they also had very good offers for new lines compared to other companies.

First off no one answers the phone at all.I tried to switch over my phone but the girl didn't know how to do mine. She said I had 2 IMEIs which I just located on the phone box. Thanks now I'm stuck with dumb SafeLink

Completely unprofessional and unethical attitude of store manager. Staff promises something different and manager overturns it the next day. Doesn’t even exhibit the politeness to talk to customer. Would never visit again. T-mobile should take cognizance of this. Shame!!

You should be attentive to what the client wants and serve with kindness. It was quite the opposite. I don't go to that store anymore
