Ordered 2 hotboxes (casserole boxes). It was never delivered.reached out to team they said wait for 15 days as a claim is raised with ups. Not providing the refund after 15 days or replacement. Good luck with their attitude.

Ordered sizzlers and clay balls, Quality is excellent. Delivery was on time. I'd buy in future and recommend them for sure. I didn’t get chance to take pics of my order but When i got them they were definitely exceeded my expectations. Overall nice ordering experience.

While this was a personal purchase, I needed a larger quantity than I could find locally. Nice quality stainless steel Katori bowls and Thali Platters for good value. Was an issue with order when received, which was responded to and resolved quickly. An acquaintance will be opening a restaurant in my town soon, I will definitely be referring him to Nishi.
