“Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”

“Excellent customer service! I’m embarrassed with myself that I was ready to blame the USPS for a package that was said to be out for delivery but never showed up. When I called customer service I realized it was all my fault because I had put in a wrong address when I placed the order with the company that was sending me their product. What amazed me the most is I read some of these reviews and was thinking when I had to go in face to face I was going to be met with ppl with a bad attitude, instead I got someone who went above and beyond. She was great. I should have gotten her name. She even followed up like she said she would the following day.Even when I had to be redirected to the Manor rd. location the supervisor there was awesome! I picked up my package hassle free. The customer care over the phone was awesome as well. When I mean top notched customer service. I’m still surprised. I was ready to praise FedEx and UPS over them but they’re just as great. Very trustworthy too. If they were ever bad they must have improved because I didn’t see anything negative. Don’t sleep on the United States Postal Service at all.”

“This post office is very well . I've lived here all my life they are great. It's the one delivery driver that don't put the packages in the enclosed porch and my parent's actually have a noteven and he ignores it. We know who he it. Older white guy with glasses and a bald spot. My house he did the same thing. He's miserable. If you gave him a 10 dollar bill for lunch and ask he probably might ! I thought about it but he looks to miserable. Post office is great though.”

“This post office actually does what it’s intended to do: mail letters and packages and place sent mail into a correct PO Box. Not all USPS centers can do this, at all. The older gentleman there, is top notch there. He should be a model and example for what the USPS should ought to achieve every single day. There are a couple cranky employees, however so are some of the customers ahead of me in line. Nothing is perfect. This post office is great overall.”

“I've only lived here for six weeks at this address there was major problems with my address and not getting any mail but when I started not getting the packages I paid for that was a problem. My mail carrier Bob the supervisor Brett and the postmaster at the other location Natalia they fixed me they found all my stuff and brought it to me within 24 hours. And if that's not all I even got a phone call and I have never ever had a post office take care of a customer the way they took care of me. I am in the wow factor. Thanks guys I appreciate you so much.”

“Utilized this facility to purchase a money order for my rent between 1st & 3rd of each month since Nov '21. Door was always open and staff member was at counter promptly at 9am. Staff member was always courteous & friendly. I live roughly 2 blocks from this facility and would only use main PO if this one burned down!!! Must rectify this, counter opens at 10am but location is open at 9am for self service other stuff.”
“At times there are hiccups (as a business owner I know) but overall I think it entails a lot more than one might believe. I recently had a missing package which was marked “delivered” Thursday and it was not received. By Saturday I called and created a service request in the event I needed proof for a refund. I was called multiple times from the supervisor and postmaster to keep me updated and to double check its arrival, I was emailed as well (regarding the service request). I don’t believe it’s the same carrier every day so there may have been a mix up and why sometimes mistakes occur. I also received a follow up call this morning (@ 8:30am well before the time they open) and the supervisor was just as happy as I was that the package was received. They went above and beyond for me and I’m just one person out of too many. Everyone was extremely helpful, kind and diligent. I also go inside to mail packages to customers and sometimes the wait is long but they ladies at the desk still greet you with a smile, especially when met with one. I think we all deserve just a little more courtesy and grace.”
