This was the worst pedicure I ever got. I waited 40 minutes to be rushed in 20 minutes with a terrible job I could’ve done better at home. If I could leave zero stars I would! Don’t waste your money here. Don’t do it to yourself. There are better salons.

If I could give this a 0 star I will. I’ve been a regular here but I’ve seen her customer base dwindle and I still kept coming here till she made this my last visit. Came to get acrylic nail done and she said to cut down my nails to the same length would be $3 extra . Here I am curious what the $45 for the nails was for if you can’t make my nails the same length. Never again! Bear in mind the original acrylic nail was from her. Rude, nasty and zero customer service.

The owner did my nails 2 weeks later my nails started breaking off. Unprofessional. One of her workers quit while I was there. This place sucks

Honestly I been in a lot of nail saloons in rahway, and to be honest, this is the only place you can talk to nail tech, instruct them if something is hurting or feeling uncomfortable, The thing that made me always come back here is that they aren't cutting me while doing your nails or rushing the service
Most of all, they are always friendly and welcoming.

One of the worst Nail Salons to go to. I figured I try them out because they were close to my home. After 3 months of service, my gel manicure cracking, my nails breaking and a botched pedicure, I'm done. I should have checked yelp before I wasted my money. Never again.

Stylist: Tracy is a horrible manager/owner who treats her employees and customers poorly. Will degrade her employees in front of her customers and she doesn’t care if the customer is unhappy.

First of all when you walk in there's no prices on the wall. So you don't realize that they charge you for everything. The owner can be very rude and dismissive. This place should be closed down by now.

I can’t believe how much I agree with all of the 1 star reviews 100 percent.Same thing happened to me. Manicurist did my pedicure so fast and sloppy she barely touched my feet I asked her a couple of questions and she didn’t understand me at all. I told the owner the manicurist is not ready for the job yet and the owner responded so rude and walked away. We pay a-lot of money and deserve to be treated better than that. I also told the manager, I will never return and I will tell friends and family not to come here. You would be wasting your money if you go there.Service: Pedicure

The absolute WORST.as soon as the “owner” laid my chair back and proceeded to wax my eyebrows in the same seat that she messed my nails up at, i should have ran for the hills.ive been growing my eyebrows back and asked for a simple clean up, why did she literally take off my whole eyebrow. Called herself giving me an “arch” that i did not ask for. i was very dissatisfied and disappointed i literally sat in that same chair and cried.she tried to justify my eyebrows by having another customer be the judge. when i told her that the customers opinion didnt matter as they were not the one that had squiggly line for an eyebrow as if its the early 2000s. i walked out of this so called nail salon in tears.she painted my nails as well, i had to have her wipe off excess paint as well as now, im currently picking off nail polish off of my skin.they are self training nail artists and having people do nails that are not certified. worst customer service. highly would not recommend.my gel pedicure felt cheap, my gel manicure was rushed. i walked out like half of my face was having a stroke.she kept throwing the fact that i didn't have to pay for my eyebrows as a win. and told me all i have to do is fill my eyebrows in with a pencil. just all around inconsiderate. 10 dollars off ? really ?save yourself the trouble, the stress, the hassle and find somewhere else to go.they have no price list so you never know what they are charging you for, waxing is unsanitary, services were half a****, customer service was rude and unprofessional, equipment didn't look sanitized.0 out of 0
