If I could I would give 0 starts. I came to pick up my car (keep in mind a called before)and he was not there. I returned the second day and no one was there either. I called and and he never picks the phone. I had to wait more then one hour! And pay for a extra day. Honestly he is just in business because the Westfield police call him.

First I was told the driver could not find me. I was standing outside my car, looking at the tow truck in the street. He hadn't even pulled into the lot to look for me. I was right in front and visible from the road anyway. When the driver arrived he did not even address me. He said he was going to put air in my tire, which was damaged by hitting a curb and was not holding air (no surprise). Then he gave me a hard time about towing me, claiming I only have basic AAA. I had AAA on the phone attempting to remedy the situation but he would not talk to them. He told me he takes his orders from his tablet and left. The driver was rude and never had any intention of helping me, or doing what he was paid to do. What a poor excuse for a human being.

Rob's Towing service is terrible just as other reviewers have commented. They have poor customer service & they are rude. Avoid them at all costs.

Lied to AAA about towing my car and refused to tow it because it wasn't a money maker for him. Towed me years ago, crushed my transmission and tried to blame my shocks for the damage. I used to drive a tow truck and it was simply a unskilled tow operator that damaged it. I had to pay to get my car back after he fix his damage and I got the money from AAA. Not a honest business to deal with.

My car was in an accident and Westfiled police had Rob tow it to his shop. Rob reached out to me offer his repair service, when declined, he offered his tow service to another repair facility. Since the insurance company took over, engaging Rob's service was no longer my decision.
As a side note, we subsequently found out that Rob doesn't answer his phone and has an answering service answer for Rob to call back. Rob then chose to ignore all calls related to my car. I suspect it is a delay tactic to keep the vehicle in his yard so that additional daily fees can be generated.
Not sure how he is related to local police and municipalities, but Rob is not a good person. Its one guy and a tow truck like operation.

Great guy, and so helpful. I was looking to buy a car and needed advice prior to purchase. After discussing with Rob the make and model I was interested in from a private seller, he suggested me not to waste my money and find something else. So, the search begins. Anyone selling a older pick up with lower miles let me know.

Rob's is the local AAA towing service that I have used many times. Always great service. Today my vehicle had to be towed and AAA dispatched a company 30 miles away. When that company's worthless driver refused to put my non-running vehicle in my driveway and dumped it in the street after a 1/4 mile tow, I forced AAA to send Rob's to come out and move it. Jason was Rob's driver and moved it perfectly to the exact spot in the driveway I asked.
