Extremely disappointed with my experience at Square One Auto. I purchased a Mercedes GLE 53 from them, and they completely misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. The car had serious issues they never disclosed.
Even worse, it’s been over 40 days and I still haven’t received my title .Every time I call, I’m given a different excuse ,it’s with FedEx, it’s coming tomorrow, or just no response at all. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable.
I paid in full and expected transparency and basic responsibility. Do not trust this dealership , they don’t honor their word and don’t care once the sale is done
I think they own the city of Jersy cause the way they act with the customer . honestly they need a very serious investigation from the city of Jersy. Only in Jersy you can see that

Called this company 3xs about my purchase no one was able to help me. They took my money with a smile and now refuse to call me back. Pressed to get me in to make the deal but can't answer questions about the deal. Will never spend money with them again.

i bought a vehicle in july 2025, the financing took almost three weeks to be completed which i've found very odd considering i've bought multiple cars in the past that i've financed. when all was said and done not only did they tack on over 10,000 dollars in fees on my car loan, i have yet to receive my vehicle registration and new plates. i am currently operating with expired temp tags and the owner will not compensate me for such an inconvenience. i paid 450.00 to get registered and plated which they just took my money and have still never submitted payment to the dmv in pennsylvania. they sold me a vehicle without a title, the nj investigator informed me that they sold me this vehicle with a repossessed title. they took 6,000.00 dollars from me as a down payment put warranties in a contract that i didnt sign for. forged all my paperwork with an copy and paste signature. and now im facing impoundment from the philadelphia police because my vehicle isnt registered through no fault of my own. do not purchase from them.

Eric did a phenomenal job with working with my budge and financing options that I could afford. He was very informative and had a lot of patience with me. He’s a professional and knowledgeable brand specialist at square one. He took the time to show be different financing options on a few vehicles that I am interested in. l would definitely recommend Eric to anyone that is looking to finance or purchase a vehicle at square one.

EDIT: My temp tags have expired and I am unable to drive my car (post 30 days from sale). I have called twice and I have not been able to get in touch with who ever is in charge of licensing, let alone an answer. It’s not hard to put pen on paper. I will be making a complaint to NJ MVC if I do not get an answer within 48 hours.
***I had a very positive experience with my seller Bryan. I came in hesitant looking for my dream car but Bryan made that dream achievable.***

Definitely scheduled an appointment to look at a dodge 392, unfortunately I had to reschedule to the next day when the internet sales manager told me there would be no issue. I go on the website later that day to check out the car’s specs and numbers and of course the car was sold. At least a simple reach out would have made me consider using this dealer, but after that and all the other bad reviews on this place I’ll stay far away. Not a professional establishment, and I should have known from the bad reviews that this happens often.
