Was looking for a car, wanted to know if the price I see online is final or no, the sales guy said yes it is what you see and asked me to fill out a form for a soft credit check. I asked several times many people from the dealer and everyone said that there is nothing to worry about. Well 30 minutes later I get a hard inquiry in my account and the price of the car which was 25800 with 17% and 13000 down was counted as 650-800 a month for 72 months. After I asked what is going on how did we get to those crazy numbers and how did I get a hard inquiries after I asked many times about that they just started ignoring me, don’t recommend.

One Star because they had a nice selection of vehicles.Very interesting experience though. Went from $23,400 online price to almost $39,000 out the door price - a $14,000 difference?!Online prices are for people who finance through the dealership.A bit about their financing below --Additional fees were added in attempt to get us to pay:- $5,995 Prep Fee (average prep fees are around $500) not to mention this was a 2022 vehicle that was only driven for a year and had close to 9,000 miles on it. What could possibly cost almost $6,000 on a new car to prepare this for sales? Ask for an itemized list of what was fixed, if this is added to your financing.- $1995 Transportation fee was added to the amount until questioned. We were not even having the vehicle delivered to us.- $1995 Doc Fee which is also not a mandatory fee but the sales person attempted to add it to the total of the car.Interest rate was twice as much (11.99%) as my personal bank offered then this was pinned on "banks" as to why it's so high.Sometimes financing through dealerships like this is your only option, but be sure to question fees added to your price and understand that most of them are OPTIONAL (made up).Would NOT recommend. They thought we were dummies.

I was greeted on the lot by Eric and told him exactly what type of car I was looking for. He was so kind and patient with me when it came down to the purchasing process. He made me feel comfortable by showing he knew what he was doing. Very professional. The staff overall was very friendly and I would recommend anyone that’s looking for a new vehicle to check them out!

TLDR. They just want your money, don't waste your time.In summary, my experience at this dealership left much to be desired. I initially visited to explore a particular car model and made it clear that I was not ready to make a purchase and was simply comparing options. Despite this, the salesperson repeatedly pushed me towards buying the car, despite my repeated statements of not being interested in an immediate purchase.Furthermore, I found it perplexing that the salesperson requested my driver's license even though they hadn't offered a test drive, and I had only expressed a willingness to test drive the car if it was presented as an option. Notably, the option for a test drive wasn't presented to me during my visit, most likely because I had clearly indicated that I was not interested in making an immediate purchase. This situation raised questions about the necessity of requesting my license, given that I had no immediate plans to drive the car during my visit. It's essential to highlight the importance of offering a test drive to individuals, whether they are potential buyers or simply exploring their options. Test drives provide valuable insights into a vehicle's performance, comfort, and suitability, and they should be extended to all visitors to ensure a comprehensive and informed decision-making process, regardless of their immediate purchase intentions. When they finally returned with the car keys, I proceeded to examine the vehicle outside while the salesperson remained indoors, showing a distinct lack of interest in assisting me as a potential customer since I wasn't an immediate buyer. After spending about five minutes alone in the car, I returned inside, only to find that the salesperson had started assisting other customers, leaving me feeling rather disregarded and disheartened. This experience was nothing short of disappointing, as it clearly demonstrated that the salesperson's sole focus was on securing a sale, even though I had clearly expressed my disinterest multiple times.Consequently, I promptly returned the keys and left the dealership, deeply unsatisfied with the service received. I strongly recommend considering alternative dealerships where your needs and preferences as a customer are prioritized over the relentless pursuit of your money.Just take your money elsewhere.

My experience here was amazing! It was my first time here and my sales rep Daryelis helped me with finding my dream car, I recommend all my friends and family to go to her. She made the process so easy, and provided me with tons of information. Will definitely be coming back!

If I could give zero stars, I would believe me. I found a 2021 range rover for a very good price on their website. I made contact with the sales rep and the whole time communication was horrible. Usually the sales rep would chase after you, but that wasn't the case. Being four hours away from the dealership, I wanted to get some final numbers and any information on the vehicle which they failed to do multiple times after asking. But that was the least of my worries. I by passed the less interested sales rep and talked to the manager who said that the vehicle was there and he didn't want to take a deposit, but he would hold it for me. Again, being four hours away I wanted to make sure that the vehicle was ready cleaned and prepped for me to pickup and leave so I would make it home in a reasonable time. So I made my 4 Hour road trip only to get to the dealership and be highly disappointed. Upon entering the dealership, my sales person was nowhere to be found so one of the lot workers took me out to the vehicle. As soon as I saw the vehicle, I told him he must be mistaken this isn't the one in the picture. Let me start off by saying the vehicle that was in the pictures on their website was not even close to being the same one in person. The rims we're not the same ones/style as seen online and the amount of damage on the car all was beyond an easy repair. Let me remind you they never disclosed any of this to me on the multiple phone calls I made to the dealership. The front of the car looks like it had been sideswiped deeply . There was a deep dent on the roof / door frame, all the doors had dents and dings in the middle and ontop of that the vehicle was absolutely filthy sitting in the lot looked like for weeks untouched not even prepped for pick up like I asked. Like I said they were expecting me to come they had more than enough time to at least prepare the vehicle as they said they would. I walked back into the dealership frustrated to be greeted by my sales person. He seemed confused that the vehicle wasn't the same so I took her back off the lot to look at it. She went back inside and got the manager, and from then on a dealt with him. He told me they must've changed out the rims, and he never noticed the damage on the vehicle, but it was their fault for not verifying. I will say he was very understanding and how frustrated I was but after showing me numerous vehicles that were out of my price range after telling him what I wanted to spend I Ieft beyond disappointed . Overall I wasted 10 hours of driving, fuel costs and tolls all because they didn't want to walk out to the lot and check to make sure the vehicle was what I asked for. This is 100% false advertising.

Dealer has a nice selection of used luxury cars at a good price but their business practices and attention to detail leave a lot to be desired. Beware the advertised price. You only get that price on two conditions: you finance with them and you are a returning customer. While I have no doubt that the fine print on the website indicated this, it is still incredibly deceptive. I had secured a car loan though my bank at a good rate. To get me to finance through them, in order to earn the $1,000 discount that was baked into the advertised price, they encouraged me to finance through them and refinance through my bank after making a couple of payments. What they didn't tell me was that the rates for refinancing are much higher than the rates for an original loan. I'm now stuck with a high interest rate loan that's going to cost me more than the thousand bucks I saved. Beware this gambit. When my right front tire blew out on the highway only one week after purchase, I discovered that my car had four *different* tires and only one was run flat (as needed for a 2021 BMW with no spare tire). When I called to tell Square One what happened, I was informed that my car had "four good tires" when they sold it to me and that was all they were responsible for. I took delivery of my car at night and didn't notice until the next day that the interior of the rear window was covered in glue residue form poorly removed window tinting and there was dried up window tint in the 3rd brake light cavity. A few weeks later, when my wife used the back seat for the first time, we discovered a spill in the passenger seat back pocket that was clearly quite old. Square One did not give this car a thorough inspection and cleaning before delivery. To top it off, when I made an appointment (first thing in the morning) to have these issues cleaned up, I had to wait 2.5 hours because they were "backed up". They clearly had no respect for my time. The sale was made. On to the next sale. Bottom line: buyer beware. The sales staff is very friendly and will make every effort to secure a sale. It is up to you to make sure the car meets your expectations before you sign on the dotted line.

within the first week the check engine light came on. The problem a bad Cadillac converter and of coarse It is not covered under their warranty. You have to take it to Homer to their mechanic just for them to inform you that it's not covered. They say they have the cars checked out before selling . I made several calls since we just purchased the car and the end result is it will cost us over an additional 1,000 to have it repaired at our expense.

By far the worst experience in life! Every soul in this dealership is evil! DO NOT get a vehicle from this place. We dealt with Eric Hernandez (sales man) who has a brother who he sends you to (F&I) Obed Hernandez so they can both screw you over. The managers are well aware of this. They forged signatures to add an additional 6500 ontoThe fake asking price they made up which was not on the website. I've cancelled the services they added and now the whole dealership everyone I call doesn't pick up the phone, no response to emails, or any form of communication. It's a snake pit in this place down to the receptionist! Don't waste your hard earned money with this dealership. This cult will have to answer to god for these deceiving acts soon enough. I wouldn't even buy a coffee if they sold it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS fake Dealership. I've read other reviews and it's the sammmmmeeProblems!!! -5 stars if I could!

If you are look for a quality used car, Square One Auto is the place to go. My wife and I drove over 3.5hrs to purchase a 2019 Ram Promaster 1500. Couldn’t be happier with it. Our sales person, Motivational Martin, is the guy to see. He was extremely knowledgeable about our vehicle. He has an infectious smile and a dynamic personality. Also, he worked with his finance manager, Michael Naideck, in order to find the proper financing to meet our monthly budget. Both of these gentleman are true professionals. Can’t say enough good things about this establishment. I searched high and low online for a vehicle and am happy that I stumbled upon Square One Auto.

I came in looking for an affordable but reliable car and Eric Hernandez was quick to help and made the process easier for me and my son. We came in and left with the car we wanted and I’m glad I came here rather than other dealers!

Square One auto start to finish went above and beyond. Alexi, is very professional, and well versed in making sure a customers needs are met. He was able to check all the boxes on my purchase. He made the deal comfortable from start to finish. Russ handled the finance agreement and made sure I got a deal that makes sense. He’s a finance pro. John sat down with me and walked me through a couple of things in regards to the numbers. He went above and beyond. Obed was the last person to touch the deal with me. He explained every aspect of the warranty and walked me thru the signing. He’s very patient and was happy to explain everything in detail. Overall super satisfied with my purchase. If you’re looking to buy a car hit up Alexi and the rest of the team follows through. Huge thanks to the square one team. ?????

I purchased a 2020 BMW X6M at this dealership.. due to the mileage and year the car would fall under a 60 day warrenty to get any issues the car has completed, within the time frame. the Vehicle was transported to me from NJ to Schenectady NY. upon arrival i notice there was a shiny metal object poking out of the driver side rear tire. upon futher inspection i noticed the rear driver tire was in fact Punchered by a nice sized bolt. pictures tooken before car came off flatbed. on the passanger side i noticed the rear tired was plugged. none of this was stated to me at time of purchase. I immediately call the dealership advised them of the situation they told me someone would get back to me.. at this time no one has gotten back to me. I called numerous times to be told the person who would contact me is off today. this is the same excuse i keep getting and no follow up on this matter from the dealers side has ever occurred. I then proceeded to reach out via email and via phone. I'll either get no response, no reply, the person whom is supposed to reach out is either in a meeting or off, and lastly the notorious phone disconnection. I then took a step further and do to current experience with this dealership my anxiety drove me to get the car full inspected by my local BMW dealership. upon inspection BMW found major issue with the front sensor which controls the sensoring of the vehicle even cruise control. they also found that both rear tires should be replaced. I provide the findings that my local BMW dealership gave me and provided an copy to sq1auto dealership and now I'm getting the same results, if not even worse. This was a very expensive purchase as the car was listed online for $77900 and when i bought the car i did not realize at the time the price spiked up to $82900. dealership will not fix the issues the vehicle currently has as I feel they are trying to escape the probational period on thier 60 day warrenty/ lemon law. since i received no reply i immediately filed a complaint with BBB. a couple of days goes by and no word from anyone, to my surprise I receive a call from dealership advising the car will be picked up and transported back to dealership to repair all issues my local BMW dealership had provided me during there prevehicle inspection. I was told by the saleperson that all issues will be resolved and vehicle will be returned back to my like new. 3 weeks goes by and no word from dealership. during the 3 weeks here is what i encountered: 1. i was being told the car was being serviced at BMW.. called ever BMW dealership in the area provided Vin number and told car is not at BMW. 2. after 3 painful weeks of no anwser my car arrives to me with the same issues my local BMW dealer found. the only part they took care of was a sensor bracket that took them 3 weeks to do nothing else was fixed. still paying out of pocket on issues needing to be rectify due to car not passing state inspection due to damaged rear tires, etc.3. on transport back to dealership, I received a NJ toll volation, dealership advised this was going to be taken care of. today is Aug.16th 2023 and still no check was sent to pay for such volation. 4. moral of story this dealership will not fix any issues if it cost them money to fix they would rather screw you as supposed to them just to make their little old owner happy with robbing people. individuals who practice such tactics is the reason why this world is a very bad place and truthfully do not deserve to be in business in today's time as today's business world should have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for individuals who practice such. where is the accountability when it's really called upon.. please inform all to keep away from this dealership as the only correct thing you'll get from them is lies. to the 5k BS fee you charged saying it's an standard fee, do me a favor and keep the change you filthy animals as i can clearly see your owners need the cash more then reimbursing the customer.. probably running out of people to scam. stay safe people, run as fas
