Literally sat for over 30 minutes simply trying to send a wire transfer. I asked the woman behind the desk if she knew how long it’d be. She shrugged her shoulders and said no clue. I get that there might be only one employee who can perform the transfer but, surely that could’ve been communicated. I’ll drive the extra ten minutes to the Clark location.

This location needs new management as soon as possible! Both the teller manager, Danielle and the store manager, Lucy, are rude to customers and their employees. I saw Teller manager walking away from a long like just to stare at the window by customer service. I do not recommend going there.

Majority of the staff there are not welcoming , they be acting like you came to the bank to bother them one of them be the teller lady with kind of blonde hair that’s usually all the way in the corner on the left side ….when you ask for the manager by the name of Lucy thinking you will get a better service, she is as non welcoming, has no empathy and make you feel like she just does not care …I don’t know how she’s a manager …(Terrible)

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was here yesterday, a Saturday. The chubby middle-aged blonde teller was having a lengthy conversation with a customer. The line was getting long. Instead of cutting it short, she continued to converse about her husband's retirement plan. Meanwhile, the people at the desks were oblivious to what was going on. I was on line 15 minutes waiting (and I was "next in line") for the teller's coffee clutch to end. Finally a male teller came. Did not apologize for the wait. He seemed angry.Isn't Saturday a "busy" banking day?Managers should be more concerned about their patrons.Shame TD Banks in some areas are better than others. I like the ones in East Hanover and Bloomfield. This one and the one in Cranford are the pits.

Worst one I went there for a deposit issue for then to call to confirm deposit they called and confirmed then she said she had to send a email to the security team which I didn't see her do that the funds will be there the following day my check still has not cleared and now I called I been on hold for over 20 mins I'm calling with the other phone they don't pick up

This is one of the worst TD bank I’ve ever been to. They always behave rudely and try to bring new requirements you never heard from other TD Bank branches. Above all I’m that kind of person who never likes to criticize but they have lot of potential to prompt you to write against them.

Normally I have bern verry happy with TD but Friday not only did they have 1 rude unprofessional teller at the drive through but they had the other who I felt didnt want to listen to what I needed. She just gave me what she wanted to give me. First she gave me a print out and when I told her that 8 needed a letter she said pur printer is not working...but yet she gave me a form printed out w my information on it. When I asked her she said its a different printer n did i want to see??? The other teller just cut me off when i tried explaining what I needed and then was being rude to the other customer .... The lobby was closed and it seemed like they were not happy handing the drive through Friday afternoon... Horrible!
