I drive all the way here from Elizabeth, for my UPS needs. There's plenty of parking and the guys are very efficient and helpful. This last time Abdul went above and beyond to assist me with my returns. :)

Outstanding Service at UPS in Rahway!
I had a fantastic experience at The UPS Store, located at 1092 St. Georges Ave, Rahway, NJ 07065. Abdul assisted me in-store, and his professionalism stood out—he was courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The store itself was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long. Abdul's exceptional service made my visit stress-free. Highly recommend this location and kudos to Abdul.

I have been @ the UPS in Rahway many, many times and adore the location!
Abdul usually takes care of me- his customer service is outstanding!! I can go to a closer UPS store - but no one would give me the customer care that Abdul gives !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

By far the slowest worst ups store in area I've tried several times even 1 person ahead of you atleast 15 minutes b4 you get waited on they need more workers and unknown for their printers

Abdul was extremely helpful ! He took the time to make sure that our return was done properly and even helped package our bulky items . He showed that he cared about the customer and did everything in his power to help us. Give this man a raise!

Abdul at this location was so helpful not only to me but a gentleman who walked in after me. Walked me through how to email my label so he can print it free of charge and then proceeded to tell me I needed to package my item but walked to the back and asked if I wanted him to ship it in a box he had that he was going to toss. Therefore saving me the few dollars I would’ve paid for the packaging. People like him and small acts of kindness is what we need more of in our world. Will be coming back to this location from here on out!

The Ups In Rahway is no good.
Because they charge money to return
Your items. When the label is free. When I had to send something back to Amazon.
The one in Avenel NJ is better .
The internet in Rahway. area sucks . And they’ll give you a hard time trying to send something on WiFi.
