Such friendly, professional, and caring help I received a few minutes ago. Nicest clerk, assisted me with a small package seeing that address was more visible.

The lady that work there were so helpful. I am executor to my father’s estate and had to change his addresses and she was so patient, friendly and kind. That office is very busy and only 2 women there but they were very helpful, hard working and knowledgeable. With a long line and one woman having to take her lunch break I was impressed that I was in and out in 20 minutes. I do feel sorry for them also because it was 90 degrees that day and they have to work with no air conditioning. I am surprised they were as pleasant as they were having to work in those conditions. Shame on the United States Postal service for not taking care of your employees.

Nobody ever picks up the phone they need to kick them out of there and get new people that can pick up the damn phone!!!

I was at this facility today and I can only give positive feedback to all the employees here in particular to the Postmaster who was extremely profesional and helpful with everyone 😀

Customer service there is very unpleasant, they have unwelcoming attitudes like the customers that are there came to bother them….Rude. the line be outside the door and only one worker behind the counter taking their sweet old time, the picture shows the half in front and there was about the same amount of people behind, only one person was working this entire line . SMH
A lot of customers were complaining about the horrible service there …..

So I went into this post office because I needed to send out a certified letter. I needed a piece of paper and I didn't want to go all the way back home. So I ask one of the employee for a piece of paper that I would of gladly pay for and I told her that. She said we don't have any paper so I said how about printer paper? Her response was.... but it's all the way in the back! Kindness goes a long way. How sad.🤦🏽♀️

Our business’s mail is all behind held here and when I went in to ask for it the woman went and looked and came back and said she couldn’t find anything because it was too unorganized and it wasn’t her job.

This is the worst postal service I've ever had to deal with from top to bottom. Waited all day for a package only to get they aren't delivering anything today. No mail no nothing. I now have to go into thier office and because I'm disabled and don't have transportation easily will cost me even more. Overall an F- a d if I could grade it worse I would.

This PO was always the pits regardless of who the postmaster was. Long lines, slow employees, kiosk always out of service, no parking, deliveries 4 out of six days (in a GOOD week) wrong mail in box, just to name a few issues. No wonder government employees get a bad name.
