Advance Auto Parts at 875 State Rt 17 in Ramsey is a store that offers automotive aftermarket products and free services such as battery testing, oil recycling, and engine code scanning. They stock leading brands like FRAM, Carquest, and DieHard® batteries. Customers can benefit from same-day options and online ordering with in-store pickup, often ready within minutes. The store provides helpful staff who are willing to confirm fitment and assist with specific needs, as demonstrated by a manager who went above and beyond to find a rare aux battery for a Jeep, ensuring customer satisfaction. The store's cleanliness and quick checkout process contribute to a positive shopping experience. Customers can save money by signing up for Speed Perks, the loyalty program that offers discounts on store items and gas at Shell stations. However, some reviews mention that staff may lack extensive car knowledge and that the store has faced management challenges, impacting the overall atmosphere. Despite this, the store's dedication to customer service is evident, especially when staff members show genuine care and effort. Advance Auto Parts remains a place where car enthusiasts can find parts, get quick services, and receive attentive assistance, making it a convenient option for automotive needs.
