Everything you wrote in your responce was a complete LIE. It was an empty box truck no tri axle and no one waited 3 hours to drop truck I was standing there when he pulled up with the truck.
Complete rip off. I
My truck had to get a tow from a DOT inspection site in Sparkhill NY to Norwood NJ 1.5 miles away. They charged $1571.00. They told me it's a 2 hour min. at $775 per hour. It really is a shame when companies are in a position to charge whatever they want when people or a small business are in a tough situation. Unfortunatly the town sent the tow giving us no choice to use someone else. Everyone deserves to make money for the hard work but this was shameful!!! The young man doing the tow was a very nice compitent man

The entire rght side of my Subaru Legacy was damaged in a collision and Big Tow made it look better than new. Very impressed with their service from towing to working with my insurance co and the beautiful job on the body work. Steve kept me informed throughout, and it was a pleasure to work with him. 100% recommend!
