“Hazel located in Ramsey is the absolute best! My two girls (18/15) have been shopping there since it opened years ago . It has such a home-like feeling when we walk in . Myself and my girls are also addressed by first name and an immediate ‘let us know if we can help you with anything’ . Kim (the owner) JoJo and Chloe are the epitome of ‘service with a smile’ and ‘the customer is always right’. The employees run up and down the stairs all day making sure each customer has their right size even if it takes multiple trips. They treat every customer with respect and full attention . My girls always ask their opinion of how something looks on because they respect their feedback. I recently stopped in Hazel and I was speaking with JoJo and she expressed if my daughter ever needed anything while she is away at college just to give her a call and she would take care of it . Not many stores or employees show that type of kindness and personal connection. Jojo and Chloe make it feel like a true personal shopping experience while juggling multiple customers and making sure everyone is attended to. We all know how busy it’s gets in Hazel!!!
Whenever Kim is in the store she makes it a point to interact with customers, she is beyond friendly and helpful and is more than just the owner of Hazel . We feel very lucky to have this store part of the Ramsey Community !”
