Really upset with my recent experience. I hadn’t been here in a while and came in for a pedicure. The woman who helped me was very sweet, but clearly had no idea how to properly do nails. I could tell right away, when she started filing, it felt like she was just going through the motions without real skill.
When she began painting, I immediately noticed it wasn’t going well. She was quick and rough with the clear base coat, which made the polish go on bumpy, and she didn’t even cover the sides of the nails. I ended up saying, “It’s okay, I don’t need painting.”
She also spent no more than four minutes removing my gel polish at the start. Despite not getting polish, I was still charged $40. I’m honestly so disappointed in the quality of service and the lack of care or knowledge in hiring trained nail techs.

This place was so bad. I walked out mid pedicure. they knew i was not satisfied with my pedicure and did nothing about it either. the service here is terrible. do not go here.

I went to this salon for the first time on Saturday! I wanted a powder dip. Place was great, everyone was nice, and Joanne did an outstanding job! Will definitely be coming back!!

Great nail salon! My appt was with Esther and she is fabulous! All the ladies are very friendly, the salon and tools are clean, and prices very reasonable! So good, I’ve sent 5 people there since 2 weeks ago including my daughter and everyone is so happy with their service!

Everything about this nail salon is great! The staff is so sweet, the techs are super nice. This is the only nail salon that my nails have lasted over a month and look still so good! Best quality nails and products they use! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. And the pricing is the best in the area!

Avoid at all costs. There are so many amazing nail spots in the area. I came here 4 days post partum to gave a nice manicure with a friend and was treated with absolute disrespect by my nail tech, Anna. She called me a “baby” and screamed at me for getting the hard gel on my finger accidentally. I haven’t slept and even told her I just had a baby. She was condescending and awful. Stay far far far away. It’s also gross and not clean. There were hairs on the floor and waste in the toilet. Nor sanitary.

I went in there without an appointment and they took me right away. All the ladies were friendly and got a free back massage.

Spent $100 on a manicure, and half way through she got up to do someone’s eyebrows. i appreciate that she may be the only waxer in the salon, but she was already servicing someone. not to mention the wax took 15 minutes of me just sitting there.

The staff is very kind and the place is very clean. However, the last two times I have been there I have asked for gel x extensions. They use fake acrylic (which was EXTREMELY difficult to remove) and do not know how to make the nails even (shape wise and paint wise). The fact that I had to come back a day after my appointment just to get them repainted because the original paint job was so noticeably uneven is a problem. The shaping was horrible and visibly crooked on my fingers both times I went. I went three years ago and had a somewhat job done and just recently came back, hoping they have improved. If anything, they got worse. I will not be coming back here. Very disappointed.

I went to get my nails on my first time Tuesday afternoon with my sister. I picked a light white color and ask for an additional coat and was told no. I called when I got home to say I would like to come and change the color and they did and rushed me and weren't happy. I have cuts on my nails from my cuticles and the nails are already chipping less than 24 hours I will never go back.

Coco Nails is the best!!! I love it here! Katie, Annie, Angela and everyone that works there are all so wonderful and provide the best customer service. Annie is a perfectionist with my nails and really takes her time; they always look flawless. The pedicures and massages are the absolute best!! It’s my favorite place to be when I have a “mommy’s day off”. Thank you!
