Donna is wonderful! I walked in to her store as a customer and came out a friend. She is so knowledgeable and creative.
She remade a pearl necklace for my daughter’s wedding and made suggestions for earrings. It all came out beautiful and reasonably priced.

Donna was a tremendous help to me sorting through my mother's jewelry to identify costume items to donate to the library jewelry sale. My now-husband and I have frequented Design Wise, and relied on Donna's expertise and services as a jeweler, for years. She has consulted with my partner for many special occasion gifts for me, and has absolutely knocked it out of the park every single time. I treasure each piece that they have so thoughtfully coordinated on together.Most recently, Donna went above and beyond in helping us craft our wedding bands. My husband and I took a nontraditional approach to our marriage, deciding to forego the standard engagement process and go the route of a small, intimate wedding celebration. That being said, we placed special emphasis on the importance and quality of our wedding bands.We each had a very specific vision of what we had in mind for our respective bands, and Donna cut no corners when it came to ensuring that we got our dream rings.For my own band, a full-circle band of stunning diamonds, Donna offered some suggestions of her own to ensure that my ring was as functional as it was beautiful. Wanted to share this great experience. This is customer service done right. I dropped off my gold hoops for repair. Donna told me no problem she will order the latch and I will have my earring for my upcoming trip to Italy. Well I stopped in to pick up a day before my trip and they were not ready. Donna explained that the wrong piece was sent. She was so sweet and had a pair of gold hoops similar to mine waiting for me. She lent me gold hoops to take on my trip!!. When I went in to return and pick up mine I was told to keep them. She gave me a pair of gold plated hoops for my trouble. Unbelievable!!Great shop also!! So many beautiful pieces of Jewerlry. Will definitely be back!!

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Donna for her kindness above and beyond what we have come to accept as normal.
I was recently contacted by Donna. She had a ring my mom had dropped off 8 plus years ago for repair. Over the past several years Donna had tried occasionally to contact my mom but she had moved out of the area. My mom obviously forgot all about the ring.
Donna thought of the ring and decided to attempt to find her one last time, so she googled her name. Recently my Mom passed away, so she came across the obituary that was posted just days prior. As soon as Donna described the ring, I remembered it. I stopped in to pick it up and she gave me the repaired ring free of charge.
It goes without saying, how much this kind and human gesture meant to me.

I brought my Raymond Weil watch in to have it diagnosed and repaired as the watch had stopped working. I also wanted to have the original crystal replaced as it had gotten scratched over the years. When I went to pick up the watch they had changed the battery and the crystal but now there were globs of glue under most of the diamond faced numbers and the mother of pearl face had a hairline crack in it. Evidentially the facing must have been severely damaged when they changed the crystal and someone without any expertise tried to hide the damage by crudely glueing the diamond numbers back on. They claimed they did not cause this damage and that it must have happened before it was brought into their shop. The crystal was the original crystal and had never been off the watch before. My watch is ruined. Donna has refused to accept responsibility for the damage. I am appalled and dismayed with their deception. A totally disreputable business..
