Was here a few days ago looking at Cole Haan shoes. It looked like one listed for $109.99 but when I got to the register it rang up $169.99. I asked the clerk to follow me where i found the shoes. He said he couldn't find the price either. He wanted to help me with the issue, but had to get approval from his manager. He contacted her and I was told since it was a different style it is $169.99. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager refused to come to the front. When I told the cashier that there isn't a price tag and that the particular shoe was just thrown on the shelf. I asked him to get the manager again. The manager refused to come to the register. My family and I decided that they will not get a sale from me over $60.00 issue. Who ever that manager was should learn more about hospitality and customer service. Terrible experience, but I don't blame the cashier. He was just following the terrible leadership he was directed to do.

Visited this store few times. I love all the variety of shoes they have. I only bought one pair of shinning sneaker. I haven’t try them at home to see if uncomfortable!
But I love the store.

The clearance prices are not deals. More like you are getting the price of the shoes at their regular price than the inflation prices.The styles of shoes are mostly glamour than a modest style show style available.

I visited the DSW shoe Ramsey this morning with my friend Pam and my Aunt Barbara looking for the perfect shoes for a wedding. At check out I was greeted by Darlene who was Amazing , since I am a club member and I missed my birthday gift coupon she honored it for me plus gave me an additional 5 off coupon which was completely Beautiful. I wanted my aunt to save some funds on the Betty johnson Rhinestone flats that she wanted so badly to wear to the wedding. My aunt joined after her purchase so she could get points for herself when she goes back the next time. Thank you Darlene so much for your Kindness , professionalism and for your service.

NEVER again will I shop at any dsw stores! I bought two pair of shoes two days ago to decide which one would go better with my outfit. I picked one pair and went to return the other. MY RETURN WAS DENIED! all because dsw gives your information to a third party who decides if you make too many returns! I rarely return shoes there but evidently I've returned one too many for them. I called dsw customer service and all they could do is give me the number to this third party to discuss my return. It's Saturday night and now I have to wait unti Monday morning to fight for my return. HORRIBLE! Not only that dsw changed there hours and close at 7Pm.!

It's a shoe warehouse. A wide range of casual fitness and sandals are available. Men, women, and children are all welcome. Backpacks and a variety of other accessoriesEverything is very reasonably priced.There are a lot of clearance items. And they frequently hold sales.

I LOVE this store!!!! They have such a huge selection of sneakers and shoes! This store is ALWAYS clean, organized, and has very friendly helpful employees. I highly recommend this store!
