Staff member was rude. I’ve been inside the location many times. I always go into the self checkout lane. As I proceed to the line I noticed there was only one lane, there was a girl checking out items for the customers. I didn’t think too much of it. When it was my turn I asked if I can check out the items myself. She declined with an attitude. I asked not even if you watched me? She said no quickly. The reason why I wanted to self check out is because I’m sensitive to people touching certain items(cloth).

Went looking for water despenser and got 2 beautiful glass ones and also got 3 nice long sleeve tee shirts .Alot of things in this store to choose from. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Manager absolutely sucked and was so rude we were trying to return something that came damaged and he said no we can not do it and if you haven’t seen everything in the store is damaged, like wow do you expect to buy anything else from here now that “everything in the store is damaged” I hope he gets fired for his “I could do whatever I want” attitude. Overall 1 stars because of the manager ruined my whole day. If I could give his store a -0 I would. Sorry Ramsey but you need to hire a better manager.

Don’t come here with your kids, employees are rude and said allot of things about my child that are unfounded last time I checked five below employees don’t have skills or ability to diagnose or suggest anything is wrong with 3 year old kids that are excited about a stupid made in china penny stock airplane toy!
