Doreen provided unbelievable customer service throughout a protracted issue with a shipper. Her continuing commitment to providing a resolution was so diametrically in contrast to the shipper it really highlighted the reason I prefer to shop with Hertz. Thank you, Doreen!

Doreen was a huge help when I called her (with not enough info on my part). She worked with the limited info I had to get me what I needed. She was helpful, kind, and stayed on top of everything. She was fantastic!

Great experience! I purchased tables and chairs for my school library. Everything was well-made and as represented. One chair was damaged during delivery. I reached out to the company, and they took care of it quickly and easily.
