All of the products at his place are made in the U.S. including but not limited to the flags, flagpoles, and the hardware. Picked up some 49ers singles to add to my collection and they were the first store to carry 2025 NFL Panini Prizm, so was super excited to pick up a blaster box. “I love the store. However, please upgrade to the 21st century. No Apple Pay?? A hassle for employees to find items without tickets holding up the lines forever, when it would be a lot easier for the company to use Ai systems that would take a picture of the item and find it in the inventory. The upgrade will certainly increase sales since customers frustrated with the inability to find items or sales, leave the items behind and walk away. It makes no sense. Great merchandise buyers and staff but poor administrative skills.”

“Hollywood Heros has two things going for it. 1) An amazing, incredible selection of toys, new and vintage. 2) The nicest owners possible. My 12 y.o. son is a huge Star Wars collector, and he discovered HH on Yelp about. year ago. We've gone maybe a dozen times now even though it's an hour round trip. We often find rare and impossible to get items here and if it's not on the shelves, it's probably in their basement, so just ask. We became friendly with Jordan and Val on our trips there, and Jordan has been especially gracious. He always has time to talk, answer questions, and be friendly. Even when we come to just window shop, we still have great talks. Recently my son was looking for an ARC-170 gunship, and Jordan and Val had just gotten one in that had missing parts, and they gave it to my son as a thank you for being a loyal customer. It made my son's month. The store is a block from the central shopping district, so when we go we get bagels or Korean chicken and make a day out of it, or go the few blocks to Trader Joes. I know a Trader Joes isn't a selling point for a store specifically, but as a parent of someone who loves shopping here it's nice to have a cute town that can be part of the experience.”
“I needed to have photos framed and went to my local Michaels' . The woman that helped me was the same that patiently helped me two years ago with another project I needed framed. I had a lot of leg pain, and she could not have been more helpful or kind. Brought me out her stool so I could sit, and kept moving on the project. While she was measuring, another woman shopping said to me "This woman is a gem, she has helped me before." Could not agree more, wish I caught her first name, but I believe her surname is Matano? “Went in for an online order pick up. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. All of the fall and Christmas decor is starting. Not a huge selection of yarn. I keep checking back on this and it’s just not as great as Joanne’s was-even tho Michael’s bought out Joanne’s brand. The store was well stocked and it didn’t have that overpowering horrible air freshener smell lie it usually has. That was a good thing! I could actually breathe in the store with this visit and not choke to death from toxic scented chemicals.”

“America’s past time is a Burton County gem. Rich really knows his stuff which is refreshing in a world with most retail interactions I feel like I know more than the worker does. He’s attentive without hovering yet gives an honest advice and generally cares about getting you the right item not just the most expensive one. Whether you’re shopping for sports cards autographs or a sports gift he makes the process smooth and enjoyable. He’s got a great selection great service and a real gentleman. If you want quality without nonsense come to America’s Pastime. ?”
